*PLEASE NOTE: Masks are required for all guests ages 5 and up.* The St. George Children’s Museum is a non-profit organization providing vibrant, engaging and interactive rooms that invites children and families to discover, imagine and create.
We took our 4 year old grandson and he loved it. Although some people thought it was fun for older children, I think the optimum age range would be 2 to around 2nd-3rd grade. There is so much creative fun to be had and plenty of hands-on exhibits. Clothes for dress up as a firefighter, construction work etc and a fun dinosaur area complete with a ride in an old mine wagon. We stayed 4 hours and our grandson would have happily stayed longer.

This is a truly amazing kids museum. So many ways to stimulate their minds from science and music to role play and physical activity. Staff was friendly and the museum was well kept. I'll definitely come back.

Open again! Make your own custom soap/lotion/scrubs and more with all-natural ingredients. $5 entry fee / person, all products an additional $0.05/gram. Awesome activity for kids and adults alike - no age limit. Great for dates, families, everyone will have a great time!
When I first approached (which was on a whelm), it seemed very low-key and not as formal as most other business act. The workers were quite young and acted as such. However, after learning about the process, it was a lot of fun deciding the dyes and add-ins, etc. Near the end (after removing the soap from the mold), I thought I would be done. However, I learned that you can actually paint the top layers of the soap. It was quite fun. Even now, months later, I still have the soap in our sink as more decoration than for cleaning hands. Who knows though, I may decide to use it up and return to make some more another day. Note: when I was there, you had to air dry your hands after using any water (including bathroom). I would have gladly paid the extra 5 cents to have some paper towels or even towels to dry them off. Although others may prefer their extra conservationist attitudes, I would have appreciated more the comfort.

The biosphere itself is one of the most peaceful places you'll ever find yourself. It's humid for the butterflies, so between the warmth and nature you'll find yourself relax very quickly. We're lucky to enjoy a place like this in Utah. From what I understand it's the largest indoor butterfly habitat in North America. The museum portion of the facility is also a lot of fun, great for kids, and offers a variety of engaging educational experiences.

I attended on Halloween with my husband and son (4.5 at the time). When we attended you had to make a reservation, follow one-way traffic, wear a mask, sanitize, and there was a 2-hour time limit and capacity was WAY down. There were times it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves! The staff was very friendly and very busy cleaning everything. The exhibits are incredible!! Our entire family had the BEST time! For Halloween, they did a special scavenger hunt (with lots of hints) and at the end, the kids could pick out a prize from a bucket. My son is a car guy and LOVED the Suburu exhibit the most. I personally enjoyed the rooftop helicopter and simulations. There is something for everyone here, we could easily spend 3-4 hours here.

Moab Giants Dinosaur Park is the ultimate dinosaur adventure for all ages! Attractions include: Outdoor Trail with over 100 life-size dinosaurs, 5D PaleoAquarium, Tracks Museum, 3D Theater, Dig-it-out Sites, Playground and more! Our Cafe provides delicious lunch for any appetite. A great way to spend a couple of hours in the beautiful red rocks of Moab, UT!
We planned to stop during our visit to Moab and this place delivered! They said to plan for 2 to 3 hours and we were there for 4... our 8 year old granddaughter wanted to do all the attractions twice. And there were plenty. Her favorite was the 3D aquarium show and even though she went twice she couldn’t get the courage to watch the megladon scary end movie... lol. It was fun! The Dino trial had soooo many life size dinosaurs all in really cool poses and backdrops. If you have time and have some kids along... go. Totally recommend.

At the Museum we treat Anthropology as more than the mere study of cultures; it is the study of human behavior - past and present. We ask the big questions about human experience: • Who are we and where did we come from? • How have we changed and where are we going? • What is culture and how do we share it? Join us in exploring the worlds of Anthropology through a visit today!
