6 of us booked tickets in the Panoramic Restaurant for lunch. This was a great decision, we had a fab table, great views all around. The staff were really outstanding. We arrived were guided by a very nice man to the 2nd Floor where 2 ladies were greeting visitors. Waitress Ella looked after us, eager to serve, no wait. Francesca was our tote lady and there was additional support. A slight confusion with our drinks order and we had the whole management team there in a nano second apologising and offering us a free replacement. The food was tasty and very well presented. For the ticket price of £60 which included entrance, race card, table for the day and the 3 course meal it was really excellent value. We live nearer to Salisbury Racecourse but when you compare packages Kempton is the clear winner! At Salisbury the package doesn’t include entrance price, is more expensive £69 and the restaurant is more canteen like and no view of the finishing line. We will definitely go to Kempton Park again! Would highly recommend. Service was a real highlight. To round off the day seeing Vernon Kay DJ after the races finished was also a highlight.

The Hippodrome Rooftop Terraces are spread over three floors and offer a full range of drinks, cocktails and delicious food, with space for 150 guests. Tables on the top ‘rooftop’ terrace are reservation only with a £50pp minimum spend. Tables on the other two lower levels welcome walk in guests. All the terraces are covered and heated and offer a leafy, open-air oasis in the heart of the West End, far away from the hustle and bustle of the streets below. NB We are only accepting credit cards at this time and are only for those over 18. If you are fortunate enough to look under 25 please ensure you bring photo ID, either a passport or full driving licence.

I visited the Hippodrome Casino to see Magic Mike with my friend who is a wheelchair, I cannot say how helpful all the staff were helping us get to the theatre to see Magic Mike (which was an amazing show) from the doorman to the waiting staff in the show venue, you should be very proud of all your staff.
