Nature all around
Reviewed By ykh_malaysiaWe had super wonderful experience here. The check-in and check-out was fast and efficiency with very hospitable staff who also speak good English. It is just about 300m off the main town touristy areas and can easily walk for food, groceries, etc. Overall, the resort is superb; clean, well kept, orderly, secure, quiet and private. It makes for a pleasant cool walk, especially in the mornings. The Eco-tent we stayed are clean and in good condition, inside and outside. The bed is very comfortable. The shared bathroom facilities is a small inconvenience but it offers adequate numbers of clean and private cubicles. The open air standing shower is also a wonderful experience. The water pressure is good and there's hot and cold water. The entire resort is amply lit by subdued lightings to blend with the natural environment. The on-site carpark is large and secured. Breakfast is very good and provides a good range of local and western food. The resort is noisy in a good way with presence of lots of insects, birds and small animals, but human loud talkings and partying is a put off since the tents are not soundproof. Look out for the pretty woodpeckers and the snow white squirrels and the occasional checkos. Outside the tents, are beautiful mountain range views. Most mornings, they are shrouded by mists. In the evening, around 6.30-7.00pm, we were fortunate to see many waves of thousands of bats, flying out from the mountain areas and crossed the resort. Overall, this is simply a wonderful resort.

Cozy and nice
Reviewed By gurpal9838Stay 2 nights here in the early of december. Went with my girlfriend. First night stay in tent where it next to the lake. Second night stay in a bungalow. The bungalow seating area look over to the lake. Clean and comfortable. The host very kind and friendly. He share his experience living in Thailand and recommend all the attractions to me. He knew pak chong very well. Will back again in future if visit khao yai.

Beautiful property, ideal for groups with own meal and transport arrangement
Reviewed By KayeBKKMy friends and I stayed here for a weekend. It's a huge property with lots of trees, birds, and well-maintained garden. We enjoyed our outdoor meals. We were basically left to our devices - the friendly caretakers allowed us to use the kitchen and barbeque facilities. The villa that we rented is mediocre though. It's spacious enough for six people but there was only one bathroom! The curtains have also seen days. :)

Reviewed By ChaicharnDWe spent 2 nights in Te Mata Glampling 360*. This resort has 7 types of room. Our tent is very beautiful decorated and 360* Mountain View. The swimming pool is heated pool and lovely view. There is BBQ and kitchen for us to cook our own food. The amenities of the room are excellent. Breakfast and dinner is tastety. The service is excellent.

Rude Management
Reviewed By kulet bStayed here for 1 night or not even one night because we are running marathon the next day. We informed the reception that we are going to check out late as the marathon will finished at 2:30 PM (we ran 50 KM by the way) We only need to shower after.. We agreed that we are paying 500 THB per hour. But then the Management called us many times ranting while we are still in the marathon that we have to go back to the hotel coz some guest will check in, in our room. They should be the one solving that problem, not the guest, right? for sure they have more available rooms.. It's even more disappointing when we got back to the hotel, the management is not there and the guests are the one telling us to hurry up and get our things quick.

Reviewed By shochiang寬闊的園區，地處偏僻，不好找，開車才能到，早一點到比較好找，第一次晚上才到，找很久才找到，太晚到不好找。這裡離考艾國家公園，還有一段距離，開車約半小時才能到。營區範圍廣闊，中間一大片空地，可以提供烤肉及遊憩空間。一旁規劃的廁所及淋浴間，很整齊乾淨。價錢也合理公道，主人也會提供烤肉食材，供您烤肉。

Reviewed By poutchanaWe can’t possibly make a good review for this hotel because of small things that once accumulated made a bad experience. So the story is that we first booked a tent in agoda. When we arrived around 6pm, the tent was not ready. We proposed to change for a deluxe room so we could get In our room quicker. Only 2 other rented rooms in the entire hotel that night so it was not a big deal. But our first problem was to agree on the price to pay to get the upgrade: according to the owner on the phone, walk-in price had to be 200 thb more expensive than the price announced in agoda. Why? Because it’s the price to get into the room, she said. Any cancellation or modification online not being possible in agoda, we had to argue to pay the price announced by agoda only. We managed to do so. Then we get our room (on our own as we were asked to walk to the room by ourselves). But it smelled like a wet dog inside. Once asked to change, the housekeeper admitted that some customers with a dog just checked our before us. Finally our new room had no hot water and a defective shower head... At check out time, the owner avoided us probably not to talk to us. So we didn’t say anything and decided to comment here instead. The rooms’ layout and garden are nice. But a nice investment isn’t enough to be a good hotel. I hope they can improve the service and maintenance. If you come here, make sure to check out your room!
