Purchase the 24 hour ticket for €20 - well worth it! Just study the maps or ask the ticket counter people who are very helpful - we even went to Murano - it’s great to pass through the Grand Canal, up and down various canals - explore! Safe and easy!

I had made a quick reservation online yesterday. With my careless operation, I had chosen to purchase 2 single tickets and 2 sets of return tickets by mistake!! I was panicked as it was written non-reimbursable on the ticket. I wrote an email to ATVO, they replied me very promptly and helped me cancelled the transaction.
