We booked a luxury van for the 7 of us with Mr Trong Hanh to/fro Hanoi to Sapa. The vans were clean and comfortable with wifi and charging ports. Mr Trong Hanh was in constant contact via Whatsapp ensuring every thing was fine. We were given mineral water and pastry and also a coffee voucher for one of the stops. I would highly recommend this co if you are traveling to Sapa.

We did a return trip between Hanoi and Sapa, and were most impressed. The check in process was relaxed and professional, the staff were friendly and spoke good English. Our main luggage was carefully handled, the bus had good wifi and aircon, and it was clean and comfortable. One is given a bag for shoes, 'un-reclining' the seat back reveals a shoe compartment. It was good value, we were able to sleep, and would highly recommend this.
