If you are traveling from Manila to Olongapo-Barretto and searching this on Google you will get many wrong answers. Victoria line has bus from Manila passing Barretto. You do not need to change bus in Olongapo as it says on several places on Google. You can get off the bus on the main street in Barretto. The buses owned by Victoria line leave from Pasay (near the airport) and Sampaloc in Manila. Victoria line has its own website on the internet If you come from Angeles take the Bus to Olongapo bus terminal with Victoria Line. At the same bus terminal you can switch to the bus that will take you to Barrio Barretto.Their buses are clean and neat and of a good standard.

Victory liner is the cleanest and has the best facilities among the bus companies that travel to Baguio. There are two options, a regular aircon and a deluxe bus. I always take the de luxe bus because I save about 2 to 3 hours travel time compared to the regular aircon. The drivers are good and observe speed limits.
