Writers, intellectuals, artists and musicians have long called this Aegean town home, or second-home, attracting a vibrant cultural scene paralleled only by the town's nightlife. Windswept beaches and glittering waters provide the backdrop to the perfect beach getaway.

My fiancé and I visited Karnas Vineyards on our trip to Bodrum and would highly recommend. It’s a fair journey to get there, but the views and the quiet away from the Bodrum bustle are so worth it! The food was delicious and locally sourced, with well paired wine which was served generously. The staff were lovely, very personable and made this an experience! Top tip: Book direct with Karnas Vineyards to get a much better rate.

What stood out about the Morocco trip to me is the tour guide. He really made it a point to make my trip enjoyable. It was also evident CharlieTheTraveler only provides the most experienced tour guides for their trips, as our tour guide was well-versed in the area and had a good understanding of the local restaurants, the culture of the native people, and the atmosphere. It was the best way to travel and I cannot wait to book my next destination with this company.

We spent the most amazing on the M/S Bodrum Queen in Bodrum. The gület is absolutely gorgeous and has all the 5 star hotel amenities you need. We sailed for 7 days around Bodrum and stayed in amazing bays. The crew was wonderful and so thoughtful as well. Our captain Mustafa really knew his way around. He’s also an amazing cook. Meli and Sabri (the crew members) were also great, they even caught some fresh for us which we cooked for dinner. The staff as well is really helpful, and will make sure everything is going well, from the airport pickup to the food menu. All in all I can only recommend booking a tour with these guys, they really know how to give you a memorable stay in Turkey.

An excellent private tour by Neon Tours. Our guide, Ozcan (a university professor), was knowledgeable, friendly and engaging. The pacing was perfect and with the tranfers and lunch provided, this really was the best (and most reasonable) way to see the main sights of Istanbul. I followed previous reviewers and declined the visits to the spice and rug shops. Skip the Grand Bazaar (a most disappointing maze of knock-off merchandise) and shop down the local streets which have many charming quality items you actually do want to buy.
