Reviewed By Aliaa Ithe hotel is very clean and quite big for me and my family.the toilet is nice and clean.the staff also very friendly.the air cond and also the water heater working perfectly and the location is good. you can just walk to mamak stall for about two min. the hotel is also near to 7evelen which is open for 24 hours to buy any needs.

The prices also affordable, if you booking online its might be a bit cheaper that walk in. But walk in prices already affordable.

Reviewed By NazhiraWas here for a christmas getaway with family. 2 bedroom apartment, very nice. View of the lake and the city. The unit was very clean and neat. We had problem with the visitor lift, we got to walk down the stairs with our luggage and stuff. Not helping! The management should look at that asap!

Not the best choice
Reviewed By OneSiuFeiI went to Kuala Lumpur with 2 friends so it was a 3-female group. The hotel is clean. However, it is NOT centrally located. It is NOT near KLCC, KL Sentral, Bukit Bindang, Little India and Chinatown (the tourist spots). Not very accessible. You have to take the KTM to Serdang station then a taxi to the hotel. The taxis outside the station usually would charge exceptionally high. They usually offer $15 RM from the Serdang station to the hotel but I tried taking a taxi which charged according to the meter. Including the midnight surcharge, I paid $7.50 RM only, which means the journey fee is only $5.00 RM. The night staff was friendly and honest but the day staff was irresponsible. It was stated on the desk that they provide taxi calling service. The day staff said he would not call a cab for us and asked us to stand beside the road to hire one. The walls are thin in the hotel, i.e. sound proofing is bad. The staff took no responsibility to stop the yelling in the corridor. Towels and soap were provided. A pair of slippers was in the room. Air condition is free. Free wifi. Toilet paper provided. Some hangers provided. Bed sheets were clean. In conclusion, the hotel alone is fair but the location is not the best for tourists.

Smelly and Itchy Bed
Reviewed By jekuriWe booked this hotel as we came from Melaka and would arrive late at night. As soon as we arrived the hotel gives off a foul smell. Like it was a really old one already, or smells like curry. When we arrived at our room, the aircon was so loud and leaking. The bathroom door is creaking, like it was about to break. Towels were very old and dirty looking. I tried laying down in bed and I got itchy in less than 2 minutes. There was a 7-11 across the street and we had to buy an antibacterial fabric/room spray just to get rid of the smell and the itchiness of the place. If you just want a place to put in your things or would just like to stay overnight, then you may want to book this. P.S: There is a really, really good burger stand across the road — Infront of 7-11, the name is Selangorku Burger. Please try it!

Reviewed By misslyzaI stayed at this hotel for 1 night. Very disapointed with the bedroom bedsheet n pillow..the pillow is super thin n the bedsheet and quilt like old ones. It seems that they doesnt chnge it. I make complaint at the desk front and she insists that they change it without seen it first..this is not welcome at all. The water also slow here. Will never come here again.

Reviewed By tjc_jessieThe picture that thy show in on the page is totally different from the place we stay. There is no lift, air-con was spoilt, there were hair on the bed, bugs in the distilled-water tank, dirt and cigarette bud inside the drawer.

Reviewed By AmereyJThe receptionist should be someone who knows English well at least so they can inform only online booking I booked by calling and the receptionist said all is arranged by saying ''okay'' however our booking were not confirmed upon arrival.We found a smelly worker's tshirt inside a cupboard in our room.We have to endured construction noises for three days as early as 8am. Inform if youre having renovations especially early in the morning.
