The Kennystory inn Seogwipo is located in the center of Seogwipo and you can move on foot through the main attractions of Seogwipo such as Olleh Market, Jeongbang Falls, Cheonjiyeon Falls and Lee Joong-sup Street. The 324 cozy rooms are filled with facilities that travelers need and kennystory's sensibility. Small rooms, insufficient elevators, insufficient parking lots, crowded dining rooms... Reviewed By vannyvpWalking distance to popular shops, restaurants and market in Seogwipo. Has their own 7-11 store at the ground floor. Receptionists were very accommodating. They even helped us search for the nearest church for Sunday Mass. Limited parking space infront of the property but if you ask they will direct you to their multilevel parking behind.

Reviewed By Annatasia BGreat hotel location. It is situated nearby to Soengsan Inchulbong and facing the sea. We could enjoy the sea breeze from the hotel balcony. It has 24 hours convenient store at the entrance of the hotel. The room is reasonable sized with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed. The pillow and mattress were very comfortable.

Small hotel, great location, friendly helpful reception
Reviewed By KayaToastedWe booked an ocean view room and had a very comfortable 3 night stay. We particularly enjoyed having the balcony and its marvellous perspective of the Saeyeongyo Bridge. The hotel was easy to drive to with our Lotte rental car GPS. Reception was very friendly, helpful with adequate English. There's space for about 4 cars in the parking space next to the reception and more behind. It’s well located - walking distance to the ole market and Lee Jung Seop Street; the nearby bridge and waterfalls as well but we chose to drive to these. The room itself is basic, clean and well maintained. The bed was firm with one rather flat pillow, shower gel and shampoo from pump bottles. Also had kettle, fridge and nothing English on TV if I recall correctly. No disposable bedroom slippers either (which I have found to be a Korean hotel norm). Environs: The hotel is a newer modern well maintained building in an eclectic neighbourhood. There’s a laundromat round the corner (which has an untidy frontage but is clean inside). We also had a very good meal at Ankeori Pakeori a short walk away. We enjoyed our stay and found it incredibly good value for money. However, the hotel might not be the cup of tea for someone who prefers fancier surroundings.

Stayed here all of 3hrs, very disappointed!
Reviewed By Georgia BWe arrived at this hotel having booked a short stay here on Expedia, we got there on June 21st and the weather was hot and sunny. Upon arriving at the hotel we discovered the hotel’s pool which on all the pictures was full of water and looked lovely was in fact ‘closed’ and not open for the next 2 weeks. We felt incredible deceived having booked this hotel for a relaxing stay in the sunny weather and were never informed there as a chance the pool would not be open. The hotel supervisor did nothing for us to help, we had to ask to use their phone to speak to the manager who simply said there was nothing they could do other than cancel our booking and we had to find somewhere else to stay. Our experience of this hotel was completely inadequate.

If you go in three the third bed will be Korean (like futon / tatami) and not all are ready for that. The breakfast is never included in the price of the room. Uncomfortable location if you don’t have the car.
