Reviewed By 876savannahbWe stayed in El Convento room, and had the best view!! The balcony looks right over the church and prymid. The room is so beautiful and the softest blankets ever too! Every person we encountered was so nice and helpful. They worked with my broken spanish, which I'm so thankful for! We are already planning the next stay! It is right next to shopping and the center square, along with great food everywhere!

Reviewed By nicola rThe hotel is well situated to visit the old town. Rooms are clean basic but adequate. There is hot water and fresh clean towels. Bed comfortable. Breakfast was a little late being served, we had to wait with all the other guests but was a good traditional breakfast.

Nice people but not for the sound outside
Reviewed By Francisco CDidn’t really like the fact that we heard all that’s going on outside, the buses, the cars. Like the breakfast and people are SOOO nice. And, we didn’t like the light in the rooms that were so dark. There is no view from the outside, and there is no machine for hair. No air conditionner.

I really want to thank Claudia , the hotel Manager for helping us through a difficult situation and making us feel safe and very welcomed. I was very pleased with my stay and although my visit was short, I hope to be back in the near future.

Reviewed By Trek287249El hotel esta en una plaza en un tercer piso, dentro de esta plaza hay dos gimnasios, desde las 7 AM hasta las 9 PM es puro ruido de musica, no recomendable para cualquier tipo de viaje, cabe destacar que hicieron todo lo posible por tratar de resolverlo, lamentablemente la administracion del hotel no pudo hacer nada.

Nice hotel but they charged us for early check even when the hotel was almost empty

I was only not very familiar with the fact that when we asked for an early check in 2 hours before official check-in time and we should pay almost price of a day stay, even when the hotel was almost empty and our room was ready. This is something I understand - because it is business but now I can't recommend this hotel to anyone ... just because of a few pesos for them... most of the hotels offered us early check-in if the room was available for free ... sorry but not sorry ...

La décoration inspirée et le personnel souriant pour ce niveau de prix ne compensent pas des lacunes impardonnables: - Pas d’eau chaude dans la douche - Internet et TV ne fonctionnent pas dans la chambre La situation sur la route bruyante ne gênent pas pour une seule nuit.
