Reviewed By AlanakeThe start of our stay here was a bit strange as we entered the agriturismo and were met by an older lady that only spoke Italian, when I said « camera » with my name (i dont speak italian), she just started going up the stairs without saying a word and signaling me to follow. A bit strange, but we were very happy when discovering our good sized modern room with beautiful modern bathroom. From the common terrace there was a beautiful view of the surroundings. Not a sound except birds and the bells of the sheep. We had dinner there, which consisted of a very big antipasti selection (omelets, little pies, cheeses, hams, grilled vegetables, ...). The antipasti in itself were already a meal actually. This was followed by two big plates of excellent pasta. For 18 eur pp, wine and digestive included we thought this was excellent value for money. Only small point of criticism is that the dining room lacks in atmosphere, it is a bit too modern but thats just a very minor detail. We slept very well in an excellent bed and woke up to a nice breakfast. We did our laundry there, which came at a price of 4 eur, again very good value for money. The owner was very friendly and with the help of google translate we managed to communicate just fine. Would definitely stay here again!

Reviewed By mgdfcmWe had the opportunity to stay in this beautiful B&B in Santa Maria Navarrese. Our room was super clean, modern and comfortable. The staff was very kind. There was a good variety at breakfast, with some local delicacies, and a great coffee that tastes like it was made at a cafe bar! We arrived late at night, with no difficulty checking in as we agreed the timing beforehand and the staff was there ready to welcome us with a smile. Even if it was late, they took the time to explain where we were and what we could do in addition to the basics regarding our room and breakfast for the next day. It was nice and quiet and we were able to rest peacefully. The next day we scheduled our 3 day visit. They helped us a lot, by booking different moments for us. We took a day boat tour which took us to remote exotic beaches that you cannot always reach easily by foot and definitely not by car. The day after we went to the local beach in the morning and then another tour with a tour bus ‘trenino’, it seemed that we went back in time. A tour of the ancient lands with so much history to tell. We learned quite a few interesting things about the Sardinians. It does not end here, because they advised us on local restaurants and various beaches to visit both by foot and by car. The food is excellent wherever you go and they treat tourists with great respect. During the trip my daughter was stung by a jellyfish. I had never experienced this before but the B&B immediately assisted us by contacting a doctor and helping us to go to the nearest pharmacy. She was soon ok and we were able to continue our vacation. Staff was extra nice to ask how she was doing the next day and if they could help us in any way. Beautiful trip, warm and caring people, and a pretty beach town overlooking the sea! Absolutely great vacation. Definitely will be back! Heartfelt thanks to the staff of B&B Le Cale!

Reviewed By flofaxeboomWe had a two night stay and had a lovely stay. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable (and the air condition was working). We had a nice balcony - perfect for a sundowner with a view. The host was cordial and friendly and gave us a lot of information about everything we were asking (restaurants, locations, routes, local products etc.). Our tip: take the breakfast ! You will get fantastic homemade Marmelade, incredible homemade pancakes and local pecorino and local honey (all extra organic)

Reviewed By Paulina ZI felt like I was visiting my grandparents! Gino was extremely helpful, he even showed us the best spots in Arbatax. He picked us up from the bus station, helped us with car rental and medical issues as I got sick during the holidays. Golden human! He treats you like his own guests, not clients. Room is perfect - clean with all equipments you need (hair dryer, coffee maker, towels, kettle, fridge and air condition). Highly recommended !!! :)

Reviewed By TheCzechEagleWe had a wonderful time staying here. Patricia and Carlos were very nice hosts and gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. Over a nice cold beer they gave us recommendations and we chatted about what we would do when in Tortoli. The room is very comfortable and has a large balcony. Everything was so clean and tidy. The breakfast was also great and it was nice to chat with Patricia in our mornings there, the home made jam is also great. As we didn’t have a car they were more than happy to offer us lifts to and from restaurants and Patricia even drove us to get our bus on our last day For us, it was one of the best experiences of a B and B and we would definitely go back there and would recommend to anyone visiting the island.

One of the nicest hotels we've been to!
Reviewed By Silvia MWe spent three nights in this hotel. Considering that it's a 3 *** hotel, it definitely exceeded our expectations! The room was huge and resembled more an apartment than a regular room, the balcony was a plus! It was also very clean, and rooms got tidied up every single day. The receptionists were very nice, too and ready to help when needed! The only element we kind of complained about was the breakfast (included in our booking option): it could've been better. There was just a waiter who told us everyday what we could get, but I'm sure most clients would appreciate a buffet-style kind of breakfast. As far as I can see there were no savory options. A part from that, highly recommended!!

Ostello is located on the hill with a wonderful, breathtaking view, I could sit on the balcony the whole time and look and enjoy. The room was very nice and reasonable, comfortable beds and bathroom also. Wifi worked very good. Signora and all staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast wonderful. There were many stairs, so if you have difficult to go up in the stairs, consider if you can manage it or not. But, when you come up to your room, you forget the stairs and think they were worth the breath, as the view is, as I said, outstanding.

If you need a relaxing holiday or if you are on a business trip, come to visit us! It gives the possibility to host more than one person thanks to the presence of double, triple and quadruple rooms. The central position allows you to reach easily all the beautiful bays of the coast as for example: - The central beach in Santa Maria Navarrese - The lido di Orri in Tortolì - The Lido di Cea in Barisardo - The Beach La Torre in Barisardo Along the 40 km of the wildest coast of Sardinia, you can admire the caves, the high cliffs and the beaches which are among the best and most famous in the Mediterranean sea: Cala Goloritze, Cala Mariolu, Cala Luna, Cala Sisine, the Cave Grotta del Fico and the Caves of the Bue Marino that can be reached by sea or by land. If you like mountains, the part of coast which goes from Santa Maria Navarrese to Cala Luna is the place for you. You will be able to reach the most beautiful bays of the Gulf of Orosei through easy excursions or more complicated hikes like for example the Selvaggio Blu, one of the most difficult hikes in Europe which allows you to stay for a week in very close contact with the uncontaminated nature. Really clean and equipped appartments

SReally clean apartments, mosquito nets on every windows, lot of utilities for cooking, towels etc. Beds are not really confortable Is a bit noisy, due to the kids that are living there or women shouting. On the top floor there is a smell of gas that should be fixed. Marina is super nice and warm welcoming. She will suggest you nice places and beaches to visit while preparing for you a nice coffee. Breakfast is really nice. During the booking, free bikes were mentioned but there were not available for the guest anymore.

Breakfast includes organic food, sweet and savoury.
Lovely hospitality, great breakfast
Reviewed By saramankoskiWe were booked into this hotel by a company with which we had booked a hiking trip. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious, and the common areas are cute. The location is convenient, the breakfast is amazing, but the most lovely part about it were the proprietors. We had only conversational Italian skills, but everyone in the entire hotel was so kind and warm to us. They never made us feel like we were pests, and we asked a lot of them (in only our broken Italian). Would definitely recommend!
