Also we give our customers free use of our kayaks to explore the islands and appreciate the beauty that surrounds them. We also have free internet too! Our aim is to allow people to come here and be as active or lazy as they wish and enjoy themselves as much as possible. Blue Beach Resort is a great place to stay. After listening to our customer feedback we have replaced our mattresses, so now you can relax even more!!
Cute cottages in need of a little TLC
Reviewed By MelL789Booked this room on Agoda for one night on the weekend before Sognkran. We paid 800 baht which we thought was fine but when we arrived at the hotel we saw a permanent sign stating rooms were 399 baht so we felt a little off about that but figured the increase was due to Songkran holiday pricing. It is in a good location and only a 2 minute walk to the beach. They have a cute little pool area and some seating around the pool. The rooms are tiny and in need of a little attention. The furniture seemed to be deteriorating and there was a terrible, constant smell in the bathroom which seemed to be due to the mold growing on the walls. Our feet were immediately dirty from walking barefoot in the room so cleaning could be a bit improved. The mattress was comfortable and the A/C worked well. The food in the restaurant is fantastic and they serve huge portions! Also the breakfast included in our room rate was very good. The strangest thing happened during our stay. When we entered the room, we had 4 towels on the bed. I thought it was unusual, to give 4 towels to 2 people but figured 2 were for the shower and 2 for the pool. I placed one towel in the bathroom, as there were no hand towels, and then we took one towel to the pool. When we returned from swimming, the remaining 2 towels that had been on the bed were gone. My husband and I both questioned each other if we had moved the remaining towels but they seemed to have disappeared. Our only guess is that a staff member came to our room and removed the extra towels because the hotel was fully booked and shortly after we checked in a large group with many, many children checked in after us. I guess they didn't have enough towels for them but I don't know for sure. It was such an unusual experience.

Reviewed By Louis PNice rooms. right on beach, air con works well when adjusted. most devices set on economical. air con fridge and hot water set to minimize costs. so have to reset. Our first round of cocktails didnt contain spirits so we went elsewhere. Breakfast options include american and thai but juices are cordial not fresh. Manager could have a better attitude and we more helpful. Staff seem overworked and a bit unfriendly. Lots of options for food, bars, massages, fresh fruit juices up and down main road. Also along beach. will come to this area again but probably to a different resort. The caged Mynah looks like it needs to be freed.

Reviewed By 214shannonlThis peaceful hillside resort is covered with greenery. Pool and room were clean and well maintained. Excellent hot water, strong air conditionining. Hair dryer and fridge all in good order. Beach, restaurants and 7-11 is a 6 minute drive away. There are friendly and cute dogs on the property as well. Breakfast is fried eggs, bacon and sausages. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

Portrait Residence Hotel at Pranburi was established in 2012 as well as located at the center of Pranburi, Prachub Khiri Khan province. Portrait hotel is a modern style, serving customers with a nice and clean room. Moreover, serving daily and monthly rooms with a fair and reasonable price. Interestingly, the location of Portrait is near to some department stores such as Tesco Lotus and Makro, and also near to some tourist areas such as Hua Hin , Khao Ka Lok and Rajabthakti Park. By all customers can reach to all that interesting areas easily. As we said, our first priority is cleanliness because we would love to satisfy our customers when they come and be served. Furthermore, When customers come to our place. We have a ton of facilities for servicing such as built-in furniture, air conditioning, TV digital, refrigerator, water heater,mini mar, elevator, parking area, smoking area and free Wifi around our hotel. The hotel also offers a morning coffee, bread and tea. At last but not least, We hope all customers came and exploded our hotel together with us.

Reviewed By khunkurtA place for a traveler to rest one night and move on. The price I paid was almost double the normal rate due to it being New Year’s weekend. The hallways are all tile so sound travels throughout the hotel. The rooms are austere with a small window and no furnishings to speak of - like an old Motel 6. These are not rooms you want to spend any time in. There is a temple and fields just behind the hotel where one can have a nice run and there is some excellent cheap restaurants a few meters down the road. If you want a place to crash and get back on the road in the morning it is fine. Not a place from which to explore the area.

Reviewed By Chokchai2006There is a variety of bungalows to choose from, all are very well maintained. We prefer the ones on the fish pond, can sit on the deck and feed the many varieties of fish. Very pleasant and courteous staff Very little road noise at night, is situated a bit off the road No restaurant but there are some within walking distance,about 15 minutes to the ocean Thai TV, very good wifi, excellent air con, very nice bathrooms Small pool but clean and well situated with a shady area Need a motorbike or car to get around, no taxi or tuk tuk unless you call one from Hua Hin Can park beside each bungalow Have stayed here many times and will continue to do so
