Reviewed By Bahar_fath1313I am currently staying at this hotel and we paid 8,000 ringgit for two person for 14 days in a standard room, the service is extremely poor. And that makes quarantine harder to bear. Totally, experience quarantine in this hotel was hard.

Worst hotel experience in recent memory
Reviewed By theboutiquetravellerThere were so many problems with my 5-night stay I don't know where to begin. They are best summarised by 2 main points- 1) Poor cleanliness of the general areas, but especially of the bedroom. There were stains on all the pillow cases and duvet cover, all of which did not looked or smelled like they were freshly laundered. There were long strands of hair on the bed and under the duvet (I have very short hair, hence not mine). All of the above makes me suspect they don't change the sheets between guests. My room was only refreshed once, on the third day. In-room safe was broken which meant I had to haul all my valuables out with me everyday. 2) The staff were apathetic and could not care less. 4 of the 5 nights, there was loud noise into the early hours of the morning (combination of someone watching videos/listening to music and people talking loudly) from the reception area and rooftop which reverberates through the 2 internal lightwell, which in turn reverberates through most of the rooms. I had to yell at them to keep it down on 2 nights (which did not really help!). The worst part is, the culprits were probably staff members hanging out with their mates.

Reviewed By carynjen13Got a very good price via Traveloka. Plenty of street parking in front of the hotel. I feel the bathroom is bigger than the room but not a big deal. I feel the bed is comfy, and I like the space above the sink to put all my toiletries. After i checked out I receive a call from the hotel that I accidentally left one bag behind. Thankfully they called me else I have to replace those clothes :)

Reviewed By Nuwa90Easy check in-process for my last minute booking. Located a bit separated from noisy area. This hotel provide basic amenities, with TV, Air-cond, Refrigerator & Fan. Double security access for main door & room. I have a good night sleep and enjoy my stay here. Nearby Tesco, AEON Mall Shah Alam & Mamak Restaurant. Its just i can hear noise if other visitor using walkway as my room is close to the main door. oh btw, lots of parking but you need to pay RM2/ night.

Reviewed By Nuwa90I chose this hotel as this is the only hotel with affordable price for my 1 night stay. Walking distance to nearby Giants Hypermarket, Decathlon & Mamak Restaurant. First come first serve parking but there are many available parking especially at night. Room was OK. I don't mind much about the furniture or the decoration. Aircond OK, Heater OK, TV OK everything seems comfortable for me. I would recommend to stay at this hotel for short term period as for me the room was comfortable.

It's a decent birthday staycation
Reviewed By 3natheae1I do find this hotel very comfortable, the cleanliness are in tiptop condition, facilities are good and I particularly love the Jacuzzi tub it's pretty much user friendly. I did use a bath bomb and some shower gel for bubbles, very soothing. Also, thanks to the girl during the check-in process. Super friendly, efficient, fast, helpful and practices good customer service. There's not much thing that i don't like about the hotel but I find it tad weird that the guy receptionist purposely dodges questions by answering with "oh saya tak tahu (I don't know)" or he really isn't aware of the general things he should probably know about the hotel.

Reviewed By JaelllyBeanThe good - Good location as plenty of eateries within walking distance The bad - AM shift staff could have been friendlier and more accommodating - Unfriendly staff was not aware that our room was not ready - the door was left open and the room was obviously not clean and maintained. Bed sheets were messy. Did not proceed to enter said room. - Unfriendly staff did not apologise for the situation and proceeded to check-in another room for us. - Entered another room. Pillows and bed sheets were stained. Room was obviously not cleaned properly as we could still literally smell the odour left behind from previous customers - whatever they were doing as the hotel has a 3-hourly rate for RM50 which we later discovered. - Did not proceed to stay for the night and decided to book another place nearby.

If you stay there, remember to prepare your own shampoo as the hotel does not provide. The hotel got provide hairdryer and iron.. A good hotel to recommend.

Reviewed By kenrickk2014I got a room 308 at the back with back alley view, and opposite the building was a restaurant. The belacan smell or food smell creeps into the room. TV channels are nationals, even that you will get blurry images. No bottled drinking water, pillow cases are stained. The good, strong wifi, hot shower, plenty of restaurants nearby.
