Even though my group arrived two hours earlier than expected the extremely professional and friendly staff made sure we were promptly accommodated and well taken care of. Zdravka, the hostess in the breakfast, room was very helpful, thanks a lot! My room was spacious, modern, comfortable and one of the cleanest I`ve ever stayed in, and my bed was very comfortable too. The hotel is located in a quiet village so it offers good sleep quality. Great choice for families and pet owners. Wi-fi a little slow, but not too bad.

Highlight of our holiday
Reviewed By johnandchris2015While this is not what you would consider top end luxury accommodation it is more than made up for by the wealth of homely touches and the wonderful welcome you recieve from Margarita, the owner of this B&B. And it has such a truley romantic feel to it. We arrived late after suffering a massive diversion - I should say that the accommodation is near the top of a steep narrow lane and you should be sure to follow the directions in your confirmation email and go via Susa. We asked about finding somewhere to eat, due to the lateness of the hour and the fact that the light was fading fast, Margarita offered to cook something simple for us. To be completey fair to her, I should say that I don't think that this is usual and so one should not expect this as part of the service but our freshly prepared, homecooked supper of Gnocchi Verdi, a simple salad of homegrown tomatoes and onion and bread and cheese was just wonderful and only made better by the fact that we ate it on the balcony as we watched the sun set over the lake below. The funsihings were simple yet perfect - clean and very very comfortable, the bathroom was very well appointed with a power shower and piping hot water. Breakfast was served in a sunny room again overlooking the lake and I beleive everything from freshly prepared by the owner, frshly squeezed jusice, home-made breads and pastries and Jams. This B&B was an absolute delight to stay at, well worth the trek up the side of the mountain and somewhere I'd go out of my way to visit again. Many many thanks to Margarita - such a wonderful host.

Reviewed By ciaojoeyoThis is a unique and beautiful place and there's much to like about it. First, the staff is incredible. During our 4-night stay we got to know most of them. They are a likable, hard-working team and very professional. The breakfasts are great and served in a very comfortable setting in the lobby sitting area. The lunch and dinner menu is imaginative and every item we chose was unique and well- prepared. Our server Anna was especially knowledgeable with regard to the wine list and food preparation Rooms are nice, clean, and even the housekeeping staff is pleasant. Our only problem issue was the lack of an elevator. We're older and could've used some help with luggage. Nonetheless, we had a wonderful stay that I'm sure we'll never forget.

Reviewed By IslandSunAMIOur tour group visited their farm and had a lunch. Carla was our host along with assistance from the staff. We walked the orchards and received a briefing. I can only imagine staying overnight and experience the marvelous setting. Displayed are several tools and items used on their farm. Thanks for the home made fixings.

Struttuta "pet friendly"; il nostro peloso si ė sentito come a casa. Colazione sia dolce che salata. Nonostante la struttura non abbia la formula "mezza pensione", abbiamo cenato al loro ristorante tutte e 3 le sere con menu 'à la carte': mai scelta fu più azzeccata, abbiamo assaggiato un pó tutto, sia i piatti tipici che quelli a base di pesce, trovando tutto molto molto buono. Ciliegina sulla torta: le attenzioni e la gentilezza di Enrico, il suo servizio è stato impeccabile. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente. ?
