Reviewed By H1970NWgavinpStylish hotel peacefully situated just a 5 minute walk downhill into the centre of Patitiri and about 10 minutes back up. I stayed in a spacious modern room in the front block with fabulous sea views and a balcony facing straight out to sea. The room included a handy kitchenette area. Powerful shower. Comfortable bed, slept well. Wi-Fi worked in the room. Very enjoyable and substantial breakfast, including various delicious homemade and local items. My thanks to the owner who was a great host and the daily room service staff who were always so considerate in their timings. I would definitely return.

Hotel ''Gorgona'' is located in a beautiful and quiet area,near Patitiri, called Rousoum Yialos. The port is just 800m from the hotel and the beach of the area is only 100m. The bakery, pharmacy,supermarket, bus station is 4min on foot. The area is Ideal for relaxation. The beach is really nice, clean and there are sunbeds and umbrellas. Also, you can have supper at the traditional tavernas that there are close to the beach. The rooms-studios of the hotel provide kitchenette, Mini-fridge, bathroom, balcony with sea view, tv, Free wi-fi, Air conditioning The stuff is willing to help you in everything you need and inform you for the activities you can do during your stay on the island

Reviewed By 945evafMy gut feeling was right, Pension Hara is a lovely place to stay at and the staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was cleaned every day and every morning the owners cleaned and took care of the surroundings around the house. There are so many beautiful flowers and trees so the atmosphere is very peaceful. The view is amazing and it is a joy to sit at the balcony and overview the harbour and look at everything that is going on there. It is easy to find good food, rental places, bus stations and swimming nearby, the location is just perfect. Pension Hara, or ΧΑΡΑ that means joy/happiness in Greek really stands up for its name. I can warmly recommend this place.

There are also great restaurants at this wonderful beach as well as the Nostos cafe where you can enjoy the best quality coffee and sweets!

Reviewed By justjamiefarmingThese apartments are perched overlooking Rousoumi beach next door to Patriti. Beautifully clean with a very helpful owner Katerina. Everything including air con and wifi works as it should. The pricing is just right. Be aware that it is a bit of a walk down into the port. Not a heartache for us after hiring a quad. Balconies catch the early morning sun, perfect for overlooking the bay over a coffee. Small kitchen which is well equipped, and shops nearby. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Reviewed By AleAJ85We were met by the Director in the port upon our arrival. The room was small but very cozy. We could use the pool on the day we were leaving the hotel, and there was no problem at all. There are two downsides, though: if you have a light sleep, you will probably be awaken by the noise of the street, so it's better to bring the earplugs with you. The breakfast is served from 9:30 to 10, and it is quite late if you want to go to the beach earlier on. Apart from these two downsides, it was great.

Well equipped apartment in peaceful location
Reviewed By SusanWorcestershireStayed here for a week in June 2018. Pleasantly surprised with everything about this apartment. Spacious, well equipped with large balcony with view over the port. Anna met us from the ferry and was available every morning should advice be needed or just for a friendly chat to practice our Greek. Steps lead down to the port, which takes about 10 minutes. In the other direction a five minute stroll takes you to the old cobbled path leading up to the old town. The apartment is one of just four situated in a quiet area five minutes drive from the port. There is absolutely no noise save that of the cicadas in the large tree in the garden.

A room with superb view
Reviewed By NickGrimshawIf you follow my reviews on Trip Advisor, then you will know by now, that I/we love Greece. This year (May 2022) it is Alonissos Island which we travelled to - in particular the Casa Nina accommodation in Patitiri. I can truly say this is as good as it gets. Newly refurbished stylish rooms with superb shower, bathroom and catering facilities it was all of the highest quality. On top of that a king-size bed with excellent mattress and many more luxuries besides, sets the bar extremely high for other owners. Step out onto the balcony and you notice they have thought of everything. The view of the port is stunning especially as it is now unimpeded with a newly installed glass balcony. Hereto, is a set of comfortable chairs and table, along with a very comfy bean bag (that always caused a bit of a fight). With it being brand new and being the first people to stay in the room there were a couple of minor issues i.e. A couple of sockets had not been wired up by the electricians and all the sinks did not hold the water due to the seals not fitting correctly. Neither of the issues caused us any grief and I am sure they will be sorted. The owner Chrysoula, is very attentive, charming and always there if required. Also, her staff were very friendly and obliging whilst keeping the whole place spotlessly clean. This was very much the perfect blend to make for the ideal holiday. Five stars without a doubt and most certainly deserved. Fully renovated single, double and family rooms, all equipped with A/C, TV, fridge, safe, bathroom, Cocomat mattresses, linen and towels, sea view balconies, phone, hairdryer, desk and closets. Family rooms can accommodate the parents and up to 2 children in the rooms of the 3rd floor. Breakfast is served daily from 08:00-10:30. On the ground floor of Alkyon hotel, Alkyon brunch cafe serves breakfast, coffees, drinks, ice-creams, pizza or spaghetti, deserts and more.
Great hotel, highly recommended
Reviewed By albulWe were there around August 15th. True, it was a "Covid-August" so, certainly less crowded than in previous years, but the hotel was full nevertheless. In spite of that, we always got full attention on behalf of the management and personnel. The hotel is very well located: at walking distance from the ferry harbour and the agreable seaside walk featuring restaurants and cafes. The hotel itself has a handy cafe at the ground floor. Very clean and sanitized. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The free wifi internet is fast and efficient (to my surprise, since in the Greek islands it generally looms around 1 to 2 mbps). We feared that the rooms would be noisy but no - they put soundproof windows. Lastly, for Covid reasons they didn't serve breakfast, but one could obtain it at the ground floor cafe.
