Simply furnished rustic rooms in a beautiful house, the owner is friendly and makes the most amazing cakes,breads and pastries for breakfast ....enjoy! Lovely beaches a short drive away, friendly bar a short walk down the street.

Very pleasant small b&b
Reviewed By marcopolo1964Domu Elvira is a very pleasant b&b on a quiet street in Muravera. Our room was small, but the size didn't really matter because it gave out onto a courtyard full of flowers where you could lounge on chairs and couches. Breakfast is quite good by Italian standards. The staff is very friendly. If i had one complaint it's that the rooms could be a bit more charming. They are spotlessly clean and comfortable, and we slept well, but the furniture is that antiseptic white Italian furniture you find in many Italian budget hotels. It's not a big deal, and hardly took away from our stay, but it would turn a very good place into an excellent one. Muravera is a pleasant town, near some of the most beautiful beaches I've ever seen. You will need a car to get to them, however. The best ones are the other side of Capo Ferrato, a good 20 minute drive, but we didn't find any nice accommodation in that area. All in all, this is an excellent choice to explore this beautiful corner of Sardinia.

Reviewed By Mike JWe stayed at Sarah's B&B this year (3 Adults + 1 Child) for a family holiday. When we arrived we were welcomed extremely warmly and made to feel really comfortable amongst Sarah and her family. The B&B is really well located within the lovely town of Muravera and the rooms were really well presented, everything you need, spacious and very clean. Sarah is an amazing cook, that's obvious by the cakes alone each morning - I've put 6 pounds on as I couldn't get enough! :) Can't speak highly enough. You must visit for both the B&B and the incredible beaches, all the best. Mike and Sof

Reviewed By EleonoreTADisliked · Unfortunately our stay at this hotel has been an unusual and terrible experience. The manager was very unfriendly, unwilling to help and focussing on things his guests could not do (for example taking a paper coffeecup to your room terrace). After a day the swimming pool was closed for no reason, while everything in the rest of the area was open. No explanation could be given. Despite many complaints of other guests nothing changed, as a result we were treated even more unfriendly. Things as the breakfast or the beds were just details for us. But unfortunately we can put them on the list of the rest of our 'not nice things' of our stay here. The breakfast was basic and this is an understatement. We were offered a dry croissant or a piece of bread, after 4 days we figured out that some fruit was an option because we noticed other guests asking for it. The room was ok but the beds were very hard. Hospitality is an unknown word in this hotel and we doubt if this hotel manager actually likes to have guests. It is such a loss, because the hotel is located on a very nice spot with a good view.

Reviewed By Jens WDimora degli Ulivi is a quiet location in the center of Muravera only few steps away from the Main Street. In the courtyard is a pleasant green garden with olive trees and flowers. Our room in the Mediterranean style was very comfortable, the bath very spacious. The breakfast was very rich: from self-made marmelade and honey, to changing Italian lunch meat (e.g. Mortadella) and cheese, fruits, cereals, Italian kinds of bread and self-made cake. We had every day a new cake which was baken from the owner, Efisio Serpau. We liked the friendly and interesting talks at the breakfast table. Efisio is a wonderful host with love for details. Our expectations were exceeded. Thank you Efisio!
