Rooms - very nice, spacious, clean and the best thing was a common room that was attached to our 3 rooms that we had, which gave us together time also. Service - full marks to them, house keeping restaurants, reception, everyone was polite courteous professional and willing to help. Special mention to Mr Sachin Dubey whom we saw always interacting with all guests and kids to ensure they are enjoying. Food - Devent spread and good taste. Sweet could have been better but overall very nice. Location- it is 10 kms from the Mahabaleshwar city, 500 meters of little off track road. Pro is that you will get an amazing view and weather from rooms and the deck but only food available will be at the restaurant. Will suggest going for a MAP package. Amenities- here is where i will give 3 stars maybe. Pool Table tennis Foosball cricket etc were available but games were not at 1 place. Those were placed at the common area of different villas which made it difficult for us to explore. Pool was clean and swimming was amazing with the view from deck. We enjoyed our stay and will be going there again for sure.

Better stay hungry than eating here
Reviewed By Rajesh DThis place deserves a minus ten but can't do since one is min. rating. We ordered three Maharashtrian thalis (with chapati) and later requested the waiter to get one of the thali's with poori to which he agreed. Another waiter got the thali's all with chapati. We reminded him that we had ordered one thali with poori. He arrogantly deflected the blame on us with a lie that we had later changed the order. The thali itself was pathetic. The hotel has just scrambled some items which are far from authentic Maharashtrian. The matki amti was just oil and chilli powder with hardly any matki (moth) in it. Dal and pithale were bland, curd was sour, potato bhaji was tasteless. At 215 bucks plus GST, this thali is a loot. There's no easy access to washroom, no parking available, hotel is located in a crowded market area. We observed that most of the diners were brough in there by local tourist guides (who may be getting some incentives from the hotel). This hotel is not recommended to any one. There are many better options available in the vicinity. Stay away from this place.

The resort is surrounded by more properties from the same group which gives you access to ramsukh resort & advait valley. Advait valley is an amazing place for evening walk with a good view of nature. They've few activities which comes at an additional cost including bicycle riding. Food is decent & prices are pocket friendly. Although I don't have a very good feedback about service. A big YES for jungle walk! A good place to enjoy with family & friends.

This place is a hidden gem ? and all the reviews are right - this hotel offers the best views ? you can get anywhere in Mahabaleshwar. The photos ? attached simply don't do it justice. The room was very comfortable and we received great hospitality and warmth in terms of service ?️ on all the 4 days we were there. Quality of the food ?️ was very homely and wholesome. The place is family owned and managed by a retired Army ? man Gade saab who took care of not just our stay needs but also our sightseeing requirements. Highly underrated fantastic property. We plan to revisit very soon ?
