One of the worst. Don't trust the pictures!!!

Reviewed By wanderlust5260

I cannot believe the high reviews for this hotel. Worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The pictures I saw were nowhere near the actual room we stayed in. The triple room was extremely small to the point you have to put suitcases on the bed in order to walk in the room. 68 countries traveled and I've stayed in a variety of hotels/hostels/B&Bs ranging from 1-star to 5-star and I've never seen a smaller room than the one I stayed in here. The AC was also broken and kept turning off so we couldn’t sleep due to the heat. The toiletries provided were cheap. Refrigerator wasn’t cold either. Would not recommend. There are many hotels near KL / NU Sentral, book with others instead.

Walking distance to KLCC and a few malls and near to train station. Decent room size and room look tired. Typical room with no theme, nothing interesting, not sure why its called a boutique hotel. Unpleasant smell from the mouldy bathroom. Apart from its strategic location, there is nothing great to shout about.

Conveniently located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur city, 1000 Miles (Thousand Miles) is a good starting point for you to explore this city. We are just a few minutes' walk away from many tourist spots such as Masjid Jamek, Merdeka Square, Petaling Street (Chinatown), Central Market, Sultan Abdul Samad Building, KL City Gallery and Sri Mariamman Temple. In terms of public transport, Masjid Jamek LRT station is about 3 - 4 minutes' walk away while Pudu Sentral Bus Terminal is about 5 - 10 minutes' walk away. If you love Indian food, Lebuh Ampang (Little India) is literally behind our building. Or you may just take a 10 minutes' stroll down to Chinatown for Chinese food. For fast food, McDonald's is less than 5 minutes' walk away. We have chosen this building because of the fact that it is at the end of a row of shops which means we have many rooms with windows. We even have an outdoor patio at our penthouse, where you can enjoy the stunning view of the KL Tower. ***Property Policies & Conditions: 1. Check in time: 1530. I loved my stay here. It was well located within walking distance to metro station and nearby cafes. Staff was super friendly. Free breakfast was pleasant, and private room clean with running hot water shower (A rare thing to find in many hostels). Free 24/7 coffee and tea was great with a quiet lounge to relax.

Relaxing clean hotel

A bit pricey but this hotel is located right in middle if Pandan Indah. Numerous eatries, banks, shops, clinics and even a private hospital within walking distance. Rooms are clean and the linen are clean too. Healthy living with a Japanese garden/Zen feeling given. There is aromatherapy and the whole place smells wonderful. Could be a problem for asthmatics though. Beds are very comfortable and the toiletries given are very soothing. Breakfast is free. In a restaurant right below the hotel.Very good food. One thing I did not like was the fact that they photostated the identity card and kept a copy without informing. And it is done on every visit. This is for one,a violation of our rights. Second it is a security risk. In this age of scams, such photostated documents have very high chances of being misused falling into the wrong hands.Hope that the nanagement takes note. A very good experience otherwise and please keep it up management.

A convenient city hotel with no frills. Most important is the location but street parking can be iffy because it's a business location during office hours. Parking lots are accessible after 6pm and chargeable at 80 sen per hour from 7.30am to 6.00pm. Room is clean and compact with coffee/tea making facilites, iron and ironing board, safe and adequate bathroom amenities. Desk staff are friendly and Ann is exceptional. She is helpful when I have problems with my parking app and she patiently walk me through. The cafe is closed but there are coffee shops across the road where one can get Chinese or Mamak food for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

1) Clean n cheap hotel at pandan Indah area. 2) breakfast : Very lousy. Very limited food. As buffet breakfast. But you can't eat as much as you can. Must follow their menu, which set by the restaurant. Set a.. B.. C.. D.. Etcs. Example, nasi lemak, chilli, egg, cucumber.. As set A. The drink, coffee n tea.. No taste. I hope the hotel should discontinued using next door restaurant. Lousy food. We stayed for 4 days, we need to collect the coupon daily from the counter. . So inconvenience. Their WiFi also, changed it everyday too. You need to request the password from counter. Very weird idea.. 3) make up room : after the make up, every night facing alot mosquitoes in the room. Kindly take note.. Room 217. 4) service : all that nights still OK..n happy to stay. The last night, we didn't request for make up room. Once we reached hotel. We Request new towel, mineral water, shampoo n body shower at counter. Facing to a good looking but rude attitude . Speak to him twice, he totally ignored us. Never answered yes or not. Moreover speak to him in bahasa Malaysia.. His face like zombie. No expression at all. We waited in the room about 20 minutes.. Till we have to intercom again to counter. But answering by malay lady. It took, less than 5 minutes, the stuffs arrived. After another 5 minutes, the lousy guy came with the stuff. We informed we got the stuffs already. He still showing the zombia face to us.. The hotel management should educate the employee since its service industry. 5) TV : not many channel. Unfortunately all the channels not clear at all. Oh my god.. So boring.
