Reviewed By joeni85Locatated at the bustling city of Kota Kinabalu, walking distance to Suria Sabah Mall and Wisma Merdeka, Gaya Street as well as Love KK statue. Surrounded with eateries! Due to the RMCO, the deafening sound from the road slowly gone after midnight, would be better if the window has sound proof or double glazing. I paid for RM133 for 2 nights and given room 316 at level 3. The cleanliness of the room better than expected, spacious and good water pressure in the shower. It just i found the yellowish water in the toilet bowl and intermittent unpleasant odour in the bathroom which i think from the drainage. The staff was polite and helpful. Overall, a good stay i had with cheap price.

There is even a Filipino Night Market just across the hotel. If you're in a tight budget but looking for a cheap and clean budget hotel, then this is the hotel worth staying in.

High marks just about everything except one
Reviewed By Alex SI believe this hotel deserved been given high marks for its location, cleanliness, well manner staffs & most important of all (for me anyway) no smell of bad odor which in my case is a Deluxe King Room. When I call them tellin that I'll be late checking in or checking out process, the way the staff approaches me as a customer is quite good with a touch of warm smile which most hotel staff lacks especially late evening. The room ambient light is good, the toilet is well maintained & squeaky clean. The only thing I want to complain about is the TV quality which is quite bad. Overall I highly recommend this hotel to just about anyone.

Great place with superb view of Mt Kinabalu
Reviewed By wjtan7We came here with a big group, renting 2 villas overlooking the full view of Mt Kinabalu without any obstruction. We brought some food over and cooked in the villas. The resort even has a Cuckoo machine for clean and safe water consumption. There is also a karaoke system in the lobby, with a pool table. So you won't be bored if you are here. The resort has villas and also smaller rooms for smaller group of guests. Love the swing outside the villas. The road to the resort is a bit steep but the breathtaking view of Mt Kinabalu is worth all the trouble.

Reviewed By TartanWandererSmells of damp. Had to exit hotel to get to the lift which is a bit weird. The location is good though and easy to get to some bars and restaurants on the waterfront. Wouldn't stay there again. A bit grotty.

Reviewed By Steven_TeoWe stayed in this hotel because we had to break our journey for the night. The staff were pleasant and nice. The room is clean. Good wifi connection in both the room and lobby. Location is great as there are restaurants around. We had to pay for the room upon checking in. For a place to just stop over for a good sleep, this is great.

Reviewed By AlkchaI was with my wife booked Goldenhill Hotel reroute to Taipei the next morning. We were told the airport transfer were free to and from airport ETA. 1515hrs on 13Sep2019.After custom clearance around 1530hrs,we waited till 1605hrs before I made a calll confirming if the driver is picking us up or not and were told to wait 25mins as the driver was on his way. To my astonishment, the hotel was less the 2km away, why he needs 25mins to reach the airport?? When he finally reaches the airport at 1635hrs,he didn't even bother to look for us, Just sitting in the van playing with his phone. I finally saw him and walked over myself and asked him why takes him that long to fetch us and why can't even have the courtesy to call us to take alternative transport instead of making us wait that long!! To my surprise, he answered me he has other work to do and it's alright for us to wait since the transfer is free!! Wow, what a dedicated staff this hotel has hired. He even told me to take grab car or taxi if I'm not happy. I only hope the management will look into this matter .This will be my last visit here and definitely a no recommendation to anyone even for a stopover stay

Good location in KK
Reviewed By VikcilStayed in this Inn for one night. The inn is clean and the location is superb! Walking distance to shopping mall and located in Gaya Street where all the famous eateries locate. You are spoil with choice. Pro -Room is ok size, clean and toilet seem newly renovated. Value for money! Con - aircon was Abit noisy (but we are too tired to be bothered after our wonderful dive trip) Room layout for toilet and bed is a bit weird. There is no proper "space" for toilet, the sink is actually can said locate in the room itself. In term of privacy, the toilet layout not really suitable for sharing room if you are on business trip with someone. We are traveling in the midst of Covid19 (Sabah zero case and lockdown is not started), was disappointed that the government still collect RM10 tax where the hotel business is already seem bad with less tourist. Not very supportive to the Hotel business I felt. Overall, good hotel for family or close friend.
