Our experience in Hamuse, Kodai was memorable and pleasant. It would be great if they could create an open space or a recreation room - also one of the restaurant was not operational once that's operational it would be a great place to visit . The owner of the hotel is such an inspiring person personally taking care of the guests . Over all an excellent place to stay with family with Kodai late , restaurants , Bryant park all at walking distance.

Reviewed By DrAbhishekphdWhen we stayed only few rooms where occupied. So it was calm and had a peaceful days. They arranged homely food and it was good and reasonable price. Cab was also arranged for us for local sight seeing. Other than that Kodaikanal is a bit costly place. All the restaurant where crowded and food was expensive.

Earlier we booked for 3 days and extended for another 3 days only because of best services of Mr mohammed wasim and spectacular view Check in: was smooth no questions asked. Location: the hotel is located next to coakers walk, walkable distance from lake, bus stand and good restaurants The room: we had booked suite room on first floor but for the sake of view Mr wasim gave us suite on second floor from where you can view mountain, valley and city right from your bed.the room is well appointed, spacious and has a big balcony. Glass wall leading to balcony from your bed is plus point. The view: view from your room and balcony is mesmerising. I am not exxagerating here, you please experience it when u stay here. View of the sunrise you should not miss. Service: you will cherish and remember services of Mr wasim. Even mr maroof is good. MR wasim is friendly, helpful and always caring. We are impressed. He even organises tours at reasonable rates Only draw back: there is no restaurant here. But you can order food from any restaurants around they will get the food or you can walk down the lake and have food in one of the good restaurants. Whats more book this hotel and enjoy your stay.

Reviewed By karthick_rnAbout the hotel: Situated at the center of the Kodaikanal, is a great place to stay and hang around at places like lake and parks. There is no restaurant at the hotel but there are plenty of restaurants just in front of and around the hotel. Our experience: We went with family and stayed for there for 2 nights and have planned for the site seeing on the third day. The hotel allowed us to keep our luggage after the check-out with them until we returned in the evening. They also helped us with providing a place to refresh when we returned which we felt a great gesture.

Tasty food readily and neatly cooked by a loving elderly couple and supported by 2 energetic and smiling staff. There is a personal touch to everything. If you are expecting a 5 star hotel professionalism, then you are in the wrong place. But it is a warm place where you will think of coming again. Location is good. Ample car parking facility also.

Reviewed By Anmol DI booked a 5 person duplex room for my family. Plus points : At entry of kodaikanal city Quite near to the lake Spacious room for 5 guests Breakfast services also great. Negatives Ground floor duplex rooms' windows are easily accessible from outside and can be opened if window lock is broken. Poor lighting inside the room, it can be improved. Though rooms were clean there was some peculiar smell in the room, suggest to use freshener before guests arrive. Overall it's a recommended stay if you are looking for a single big room for a family of 4-5.

Things we loved a lot, - Great Hospitality, like home away from home - Bound with nature, the mesmerizing sound of water from the creek makes it a pleasant stay all night - It is a food is heaven, specially for Vegetarians, Hygienic and Tasty food - Cozy, warm rooms with great luxury It's really an memorable stay, very close to heart... Special mention Mr. Vinoth, Manager is an amazing person who is made our stay special with his wonderful team... I feel this place is kind of unknown and underrated comparing with luxury & uniqueness of this place....
