A marvellous property to be one with nature
Reviewed By Neha23SharmaI stayed with my family ( including a 9 month old baby) for one night here. We took Walnut suite and Oak suite. It's a marvellous property which has been kept equally well. Aditya and his staff took utmost care of our needs. The food is also decent enough. We specifically loved the lounge — witnessing sunrise and sunset over the mountains with constant bird chirping was a surreal experience. Wish we could have stayed a little longer. Walnut suite is highly recommended.

Every Room has a independent balcony with the best view in the Entire Region . Important Note : To reach Pristine you have to do a off road driving for just 500 meters as we are in village and road is also a village road.

Very Badly Managed Hotel
Reviewed By Paras RI had booked a family suite for stay with my parents and wife at the hotel. Had a horrible experience and decided to leave the hotel within half an hour of arrival. The rooms were dirty and the management had not bothered to make the most basic necessary arrangements before arrival of the guests. I, thereafter, asked the caretaker to have the bathrooms cleaned, linen changed, replace dirty crockery in the room and have the dish TV charged amongst other things. The response however was very poor and I had to call the person 3-4 times to get him moving. Seeing the poor state of affairs at the hotel, I called up the owner, Mr Kapil, who to my surprise, was as disinterested as his staff and instead replied "Sir, yaahan to aisa hi hai, agar aapko theek nahin laga to aap kahin aur dekh lijiye". I was surprised at the most unprofessional behaviour of the entire management of the Hotel and decided to leave immediately. I asked for refund of the amt I had paid, which took forever and a No of calls to finally fructify (They had charged Rs 7400 for the room!). Finally, when I was leaving the hotel, the staff didn't bother to apologize or even help us with the luggage! At 7 pm, I went looking around for an alternate place to stay which I luckily found at Village In Resort. I am posting a few photographs for all to see and would not recommend anyone to stay at Hotel Emerald Valley.

One of a Kind ( Pure Bliss )
Reviewed By Mk2709Its one of the most amazingly designed & furnished properties & stay experience we have ever had. Can write a book describing this Villa -- Its that good a place. The Villa has 4 spacious Bedrooms with spacious washrooms. One of the bedroom has a attic with floor bed. 2 Huge living spaces comfortably sits 10-15 people. ( one on the ground level & another on the st floor. 3 Bedrooms are on 1st floor level & 1 bedroom on 2nd floor level. The Villa has a a huge huge kitchen with all the equipment possible. 5 Staff team ( including 2 chefs Mr. Mukesh & Mr Arvind ) All the staff are efficient & work smilingly to fulfill even repeated & odd requests. Food dished out was delicious. Right from The dining table layout to the meal quality & taste is par excellence. They also have 2 beautiful dining spaces. Beautiful lawns with a gazebo & woodfire pizza oven. Beautiful sit outs. The bedrooms have balconies with breathtaking views & beautiful sunsets. The upper living space has a large collection of books ( kind of a mini library ) Bed linen, Blankets, Bedcovers were all so plush, the toiletries & each thing in the villa is thoughtfully done. The Interiors & comfort are unimaginable. The Crockery, Cutlery, Serving dishes are all so nice & it adds to the entire stay experience. Having The wood fired pizzas with a bonfire inside the gazebo over some great music & a climate to die for. Pure Bliss Villa has ample parking space for 4 - 5 vehicles. The access road to the Villa is a steep incline and a bit narrow. No words can express & describe the whole experience & stay. Thanks Vista Rooms & The Owner Mr Sumit Singhal for designing such a beautiful place. I would call it a Home in Heaven or a Heaven in a Home.

Reviewed By sandeepsokheyThis one is little old property, though small, but rooms are good. Nicely located, 1 KM from the Chail Bus stand & Chail Bazaar and 1.5Km from Chail Palace. Stay was enjoyable but there were some issues due to which this hotel lacks 5-star rating Pros: 1. Nice cozy rooms, wall to wall carpets 2. Clean bathrooms 3. Service was quick and responsive. Staff was always ready to help. 4. Food quality was good and food service and menu was also good 5. Location is also good with parking facility Cons: 1. No Wifi 2. Water problem at some times Overall This is a very nice hotel in Chail to stay and enjoy peace in Chail
