Nice to stay after crossing the border
Reviewed By Yelena V25 kms from Belarus-Poland border, on the main road, so hard to miss. Pet-friendly, but if you travel with your pet, you get a room in the old building. Our room and bathroom were okay, however, in the old building there is no air-conditioning, so keep that in mind. Breakfast is good. A "Karczma" (Hotel Restaurant) serves national cuisine, the portions are huge. The hotel has nice grounds, with many trees, lawns and a children playground. There is also a 24h grocery store, currency exchange and petrol station. So, recommended for travelers to/from Poland as a nice place to have some rest.

If there are cars in front of the restaurant, entry into the car parking is problematic, in big car almost impossible. In addition - I recommend.

The guesthouse is an original, authentic, wooden country cottage, build at the turn of nineteenth / twentieth century. It was renovated with respect for tradition. There are very comfortable beds.

Hotel very clean and the restaurant with large choice of plates is very good too. We went only for a night and with a must-see bison in place (of course in their natural envirnoment) and they could arrange that for us with Sylvia (excellent guide). So being that tight on time and with that high level of requirement, very satisfied of that visit.

Reviewed By tedwalterThis hotel is good value for money. Rooms are spacious, staff is friendly and accessibility is great.. Bathrooms were clean and spacious and bed was quite comfortable. Restaurants has good food - however some kind of sauce or "gravy-like" substance, not being ketchup, would be nice on the steak. However I do recommend the "Chop Chelm" with extra cheese. If I were to challenge only one thing - it would be the lack of a "relaxing area" for a group to sit and socialize after dinner. Such as a "lobby bar area" or similar. But this is a minor detail. Will be back next time our group travels to Ukraine.

Good location but beds need sheets and front desk needs English-speaking staff
Reviewed By skinkThe hotel is in a good location but there is really nothing charming or interesting about the rooms. The beds don't have sheets and the pillow is a bit strange. Breakfast is okay but items kept disappearing as the small portions they put out get consumed. The rooms have decent wifi but very limited TV options. There is no elevator so you have to carry your bags up several flights of stairs if you are on the third floor. The room numbering is strange with numbers starting with 30 being on both the second and third floors. Front desk staff don't speak English and can't give directions. There are probably more comfortable options in Bialystok at similar prices.

Great Value, Easy Stop When Crossing Belarus Border

This was the perfect stop for us on the side of the road after a long day and crossing the Belarus border into Poland. Parking right downstairs for free. Great price. Clean, comfortable. There was NO ONE downstairs half the time at reception but didn't cause too much of a problem. Free breakfast included, instant coffee... not the biggest fan but could be worse. the pillows has super stiff pillow cases.... Not a big deal either. We were so tired that night we crashed at 8pm and slept 11 hours! Obviously must've been a decent enough bed, lol. Liked the carpeting in the room, made it cozy.
