Reviewed By Christopher GThe host at this B&B was very accommodating, sorting parking before our arrival when the town was closed for the local carnival. He also provided a helpful guide to the area. The room was recently renovated with a large balcony with views over the town to the sea. The bathroom was modern with a large shower and the room comfortable. Breakfast included meats and cheeses plus an excellent homemade orange cake - despite us being the only guests that evening.

Where to go, what to visit, where to eat (reservation included) were always perfectly fitting with our wishes and needs. Charming room, Palinuro outstanding view, delicious breakfast and evening chat in the garden complete the rest. L’immenso.

Reviewed By Anna444_11We stayed 2 days on a B+B basis. Self catering is available and there were families enjoying their holiday in apartments. There is a a really good supermarket within walking distance, which is well stocked. The rooms were clean and towels changed everyday and it was obvious that they really try to look after the rooms and public areas. The breakfast provided had a good selection of foods and beverages, the staff friendly. The only constructive criticism that I will make regards the pool bar.The drinks - mainly cocktails were dreadful, I don't think the young person really knows how to make them and were mainly topped up with tonic water, no matter what you asked for! When paying the bill there were some discrepancies regarding the bar, so I would say get a receipt and we were charged for the water in the mini bar which we didn't use but I couldn't be bothered to challenge reception on payment after discussing the bar.

On a small promontory of Palinuro and Caprioli (SA) in the Cilento National Park, 100 meters from the sea, stands the ancient mansion Palinuro, recently renovated cottage is nestled in a beautiful environment of a typical Mediterranean nature. The property enjoys a fabulous view, a large garden and private parking. The sandstone typical of the place with which the house was built, the parquet and ceramics from Vietri inside, together with courtesy will make your stay comfortable and relaxing. The Former residence is located just 2 km from Palinuro town center and a short walk from the sea, or rather, one of the most beautiful beaches in Italy "the beach of salt" (great for kids). All of our hotel rooms are stylish and functional rooms with air conditioning.
Great Position
Reviewed By Anna RThis was our second visit to this area and our second stay at this B&B. The position of this place is one of the best. Besides the steep hill up, you have an excellent view of all the area around. Maybe it was the end of the summer period but was sad to have found the garden always less looked after and our room, clean and pretty, but with the bidet closure that could not work, so could not use it and when this was mentioned to owner, she seemed to make us understand that it will have to remain so. Then the other thing that was unpleasant is the room we had was detached from the rest of the building, which is great as nobody passes by etc..but is surrounded by green, which is fantastic, just pity that the mosquito nets were all broken and found myself chasing mosquitos early morning hours. The other thing we personally found terrbile was the coffee. For us a good coffee is imoportant and found ourselves having to get another else where. Last time there, they used the old moka machine, which was delicious.. the smell of the perculated coffee used to wake us up. This time round the coffee was absolute off limits. Noticed that the juacuzzi out in the garden was also not working.

Reviewed By Barb VSpotlessly clean recently built good location close to beach .Very friendly family run business very helpful Francesco who practiced his English with us every morning .Large rooms and bathroom with good sized balcony , access to kitchen only shared with 2 other rooms .Highly recommend easy walk to shops and resturaunts. Free WiFi excellent reception ,good air con and fly wire screens very comfortable bed room cleaned 3rd daily but can request more often .Loved the outlook over olive grove , safe off street parking. Hope to return one day ?
