Quiet Air conditioning
Reviewed By TukanoWe stayed there in May 2012 for two nights. The location is good. We give three points for general area but only two points to the room. It was windowless and in the room were only two beds. Television and internet worked in room. The walls are like paper.The air contioning was very quiet and good. Bathroom was so small and smelt like potatoe cellar, perhaps there was no humidity cover. The personel was very nice.

Horrible stay! Lack of management

My family and I reserve for 2 nights only stay one night this place is dirty and old, the AC was broken and the worse part is that we had to deal with loud people drinking outside we complain more then 4 times but they didn't do anything I couldn't take my kids out of that hotel because it was 4 am but next morning I book in another hotel. The management there really sucks we didn't even care about a reimbursement after the cancellation but they never apologize instead they were acting horrible to us. Is not safe place for you and your family!! The most frustrating part was had to deal with the poor and lack of management. their attitude is horrible they prefer to distort things before accepting that they do not know how to do their job and ask customers for an apology. Very disappointing!

Reviewed By ciulabulaThere is no many hotels to choose from in Chihuahua, certainly, this is the one I was answered from.I wasn't told, how much the room cost, just received booking confirmation in spanish. We came very late, the reception was open, but I'm not sure beacuse of our arrival. The receptionis did his job and gave us the key, but, for some reason, he forgot to give me my change back, so make sure you ask for yours. Not a good one. There was some kind of trick to open the lock. The room was spacious, with two double beds, tv and air conditioner. Unfortunately, they not provide baby's cot, but it wasn't the big problem at all. Room was clean, towels and bed linen too. There was also spacious bathroom with shower and shelf unit. Also available in the room, hair dryer and iron, which was very nice to find in. The hotel serve you with continental breakfast, you can eat as much as you can. There was fruit bowl, milk, jam and chocolate spread, honey, cereals etc. The place is located just a few minutes walk to downtown and main square with magnificent catedral. Overall, we had no issues to this hotel. We've been there for two night and used this spot only as a stopover before we headed to Copper Canyon. I would recommend this hotel, but when next time in the city, I rather try to find uot something cheaper.

2 night stay over
Reviewed By Shaun AThis is a budget hotel, and budget is what you get. The hot water didnt work for us in the showers which is a pain because Chihuahua does get cold. The bed is small rock hard and was convex and there is two pillows one per person which is basically a sack with some fluff in it.....after 2 nights on this my neck was stiff. The entrance is a pain to because no matter the hour, you have to wait for staff to buzz you in and they werent real enthusiastic about their job. The pluses are you are right near the town plaza.....and ... that's the only plus. Otherwise I'd have given this a one star rating...get what you pay for I guess.

Regular, barato y cerca del CHEPE que es lo único rescatable
Reviewed By Roberto ARealmente por el precio no se puede pedir más (menos de $500 la noche) Tiene lo básico, agua caliente, baño privado, tu cama, televisión, agua y en el pasillo cafetera. Esta en una zona donde casi no pasa gente, sobre una avenida poco transitada, a 5 minutos del CHEPE y a 10 del centro (ambos en taxi). La recepcionista del fin de semana no tiene ni idea de lo que es una reservación, pero tampoco puede uno exigir uno mucho por el costo, es mejor llegar sin reservar. Lo recomiendo sólo si estas de paso (ya que es el propósito principal del hotel). Tiene estacionamiento
