Reviewed By Sandytoes50This Bed and Breakfast is a gem in Cerignola in that it is very modern and comfortable with a kettle in the kitchen , air conditioning that actually works well, rooms are pristine and a well tended garden. I would say that the quality of the rooms is actually 4 star. Breakfast is mediocre and doesn't match the standard of the rooms. It's just a few packeted biscuits and croissants with some fruit and fruit juice in the fridge but there is a very good coffee machine. However it's also quite nice to be able to sit in your room and have breakfast without moving anywhere. My main criticism of this establishment is the management. We do speak Italian and their level of unprofessionalism and rudeness is quite astonishing at times given they are dealing with paying customers. I know that customer service is largely hit and miss in Italy and especially in Cerignola but they can be quite hostile, rude, argumentative, over familiar and indifferent and the woman rarely smiles. It was also not very helpful when I asked politely for a high chair to be told abruptly "No no" but then this kind of approach to customers in this part of Italy is taken as normal but to us foreigners it grates and is irritating. They should also be able to provide a high chair. Given our personal experience of the management's attitude we will not return. They still have a lot to learn about customer service yet and until they improve this they will always be a mediocre B and B.

A very good location in a difficult city.
Reviewed By bepper263This location represents an excellent choice for a stay in Cerignola (even if it would be more conveniently placed in a different location from this Apulian town, disreputable for sightseeing!). The Belvedere is a house recently built, modern and tastefully decorated, with three apartments, one per floor, very clean and functional used for a B & B; the service and helpfulness of the owners are really complete and deserve to be mentioned. The breakfast is in the room, but with a sufficient selection of snacks and drinks (including espresso coffee machine, with waffles). Well located, the guesthouse is just a few minutes’ walk to the center of Cerignola, where you may find shops and restaurants. Unhappily, it is missing a dedicated parking, only available in a paid public space for those unwilling to leave the car in the street. In our case, in response to our fears to leave our vehicle in the street, the owners kindly offered to leave our car in a protected space that they own, taking us to deposit it on our arrival and take it the next morning. A great experience, would feel that we recommend to those who were “forced” to stay in this city (which does not seem to me to have great tourist attractions).

An absolutely charming B&B
Reviewed By Anna KI came to visit for a few days as my daughter was staying in Cerignola and she booked this B&B for me after viewing it herself. It was absolutely beautiful and there was nothing the hosts couldn't do - Maria Rosaria and her husband Philippo serve the wonderful breakfast in the morning with freshly made pastries and cakes and coffee. They even drove us to the train station in the rain when we were off on a day trip to Bari. The B&B itself is beautifully decorated and in a great location in the old centre. If I were ever in this area of Puglia again, I would stay here.

All’arrivo un po di confusione per trovare l’ingresso, l’impressione non è delle migliori, struttura bruttina. Resto sorpreso piacevolmente dalla cucina e dalla cortesia dei proprietari; consigliato!!!!

Reviewed By carla fHo prenotato 2 camere, in foto non si vedevano le finestre, dunque ho chiamato il proprietario per sapere se ci fossero. Mi ha risposto che erano delle piccole finestre in alto. In effetti c'erano, ma affacciavano nella stanza di ingresso della struttura, che a sua volta apre direttamente sulla strada, quindi tenere la porta aperta significa lasciare accesso libero. Insomma più che 2 stanze, 2 grotte. Il proprietario si è giustificato dicendo di non essere un tecnico! Ho preferito cambiare struttura, anche perché allo stesso prezzo in zona si trovano molte stanze con regolari finestre. Consiglio di virare altrove

Reviewed By 282ivanrHo prenotato per una notte questo b&b che di b&b non è nulla... una cantina adibita ad appartamento con due stanze collegate ad un bagnetto e una cucinina ... eravano entrati per alloggiare una notte ma ci siamo accorti che non corrisponde affatto alle foto ritoccate che ci hanno inviato... si accede dall unica porta-finestra che da sulla strada, offuscata da una tenda rossa interna e un maleodore di muffa insopportabile... ma la cosa più angosciante è stata la cortesia dei proprietari che tanto sembravano disponibili e premurosi dal momento che cercavamo un alloggio per la notte per stare vicino a parenti ricoverati all ospedale di cerignola, che solo per essere stati 10 minuti all interno della stanza, siamo antrati alle 20.30 ed alle 20.40 siamo usciti contattando i proprietari dicendo che l l'appartamento non era di nostro gradimento, hanno avuto il coraggio di trattenere 25 dei 75 euro pagati per una notte senza rilasciare alcuna ricevuta... fortunatamente abbiamo trovato disponibile un vero b&b ad un costo persino inferiore.
