A gem in a lovely little town
Reviewed By Maureen FitzGer... EThis is a new home built up the hill from the town centre. It is spacious, clean and very well appointed. You can see that the owners Pasquale & Graziella take great pride in their investment and retirement business. Our room was immaculate and the two sinks in the bathroom was a really bonus. The balcony overlooked the marina and ocean, as well as a part of the city. The bed was quite comfortable and the linens superb. Lots of fresh towels were provided, along with the best hair dryer I've used since visiting Sicily. The wifi worked great throughout and the parking on the street was safe and easily accessible. Everything in the room is geared to guests who are travelling from the soaps to the clothes hanging/drying closet. You can see they have put a lot of thought into constructing this property and have done a great job. The walls are a bit thin so just be warned that you will definitely hear your neighbours (if only they wouldn't talk so loud!!!) but other than that, it's just about perfect. An added bonus was the terrific coffee made by Graziella in the morning and the extra glasses and forks for us to use in our room.

The simple (unfortunately for us) ground floor apartment was very clean, and a generous breakfast was prepared for us by the very friendly owner.

The b&b Il Girasole is located in Capo d'Orlando, immersed in the citrus groves. All rooms have private bathroom and all comforts: TV, Internet, air conditioner. Thi b&b offer parking for cars, motorbikes or bicycles, free of charge. We provide our guests, free of charge, on our bikes. Even the swimming pool, extensive mt. 6 x 12, is available to our guests, free of charge, as well as all the facilities in the wide solarium and conservatory. Every morning it serves a sumptuous breakfast in the breakfast area inside the b & b. We provide information and tickets for trips to the Aeolian Islands with daily departures from the port of Capo d'Orlando.

Reviewed By Anthony HThe property has good signage which is necessary because it is off the beaten path. The owner is currently adding more rooms and renovating the pool area. It is located a good bit away from the water and restaurants, however, it is a short car ride to both. The breakfast was good and the quality of sleep was good. The owner was friendly and offered some good restaurant choices.

A bit of heaven
Reviewed By esrinilawVilla Dora was great! We stayed here for five days and enjoyed the hospitality immensely. Visiting the beach, taking day tours, finding unique eating places ~ the delightful “house Mom” gave wonderful suggestions. The rooms are sparkling clean. Coffee is wonderful. Breakfast was relaxed and served outdoors under a fig tree. We want to come back soon!

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms especially ample. There is a common room looking more like a living room with sofas and a refrigerator that the host has filled with bottled water. The setting is particularly gorgeous with a comfortable and shaded patio with huge flowering plants that create a wonderful canopy. Yes, the place is that beautiful, and the hosts that good. Highly recommended.

Reviewed By cainawThis is a very nice and clean place. Right on the sea front. With free sun beds. I love this place it is so cosy:-) It is only abaout 5 minutes drive to shoops and restaurants. And if you want you can walk by the beach all the way inn. I think it's a walk that takes around 15 minutes

In front of the Aeolian Islands, it lies on a sandy shore divided by a rocky promontory into two lovely natural bays. The bedrooms are with 2 or 3 beds, all with private facilities, TV and air conditioning. There are also the apartments, furnished, fully equipped and all with Air Conditioning. During summer season is open the restaurant with regional and national dishes and the cocktail bar.

Reviewed By iriespinWe have stayed in the hotel one night before going yachting as it was close to the marina. The houses are situated in front of the private plage and the sea. The territory is very green and full of birds. As the hotel is situated far from the routs, there are only sounds of the sea and the birds. Marinella and her colleague were very friendly and helpful. They helped us with the hotel booking, they have arranged a taxi to get to the hotel from train station and after to the marina, they have organized good breakfast for us and possibility to keep the room till our departure. We really appreciate there cooperation and will be glad to return to the hotel once again. Thanks!

The B&B "Bellavista" is a villa located in Capo d'Orlando in the green of the countryside, away from traffic, but close to the blue sea, which lies a few meters. A paradise just a short walk from the center of town. With breathtaking views, to the North Tyrrhenian Sea (Aeolian Islands, Palermo, Cefalu. . .) And South Mountains Nebrodi, the property features spacious, bright and welcoming, all with private bathroom. The private parking for cars and motorcycles (covered it) is for the exclusive use of guests, such as bicycles, beach equipment (umbrellas, chairs), barbecue area and outdoor relaxation in the open, where you can enjoy the cool summer evenings or watching the beautiful sunsets with the Aeolian Islands in the background. The breakfast, with typical Nebrodi, can be consumed at home or in a bar near the B&B. We will be happy to recommend the most fascinating destinations to visit in Sicily and let you taste the products we produce, typical of our land. From the B&B Bellavista you can access all the services (restaurants, bars, tobacco shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, supplies, etc.)
Neat and friendly place to stay
Reviewed By Phil BReception was really warm, and we were provided with all informations about Capo D'Orlando and possible activities. Bikes are available if you want to get into the city centre without car. Breakfast was bountiful and great. Rooms were clean, spacious and quiet during the night. We felt really welcome and enjoyed our stay very much.

Character and sympathy
Reviewed By Simona PA very nice, small, colorful and comfortable place. Right in front of the sea as it's name says. There are just 3rooms, each one has a different color. I stayed in the green room. The owners are very nice and helpful people. Angelita, her husband and Teresa made our stay incredibly warm and familiar. Close to the B&B there is a great restaurant called "Odeon" and a great yummy ice scream shop called "Tentazioni" both are highly recommended.
