Reviewed By zhisamlimGreat place, far away from city, and 15 minutes drive to Bentong town. Very relaxing place in the middle of the mountains area, cold and humid. Telco signal wasn't really good here. Rooms are great, I was staying at the hill house, and it is definitely much more better than stone house or bally house. View from the room are great and room and shower are spacious and comfortable. However, the meeting room are quite disappointing, poor lighting and facilities inside the room make this place a great place to relax but it's recommended not to spend so much time in the meeting room. The lobby are combined with the buffet, great place to eat but poor food taste and choices.

Came back after 2 1/2 years
Reviewed By stefaniecstI came back after my 1st review here back in Oct 2019 again with my family This time sround there extended area with more rooms and 2 stories of room and I believe is deluxe room with minibar Things that have not improved is the internet as it’s weak since years ago unable to log in and the hot water are limited time on the bath tub. Would be nice if the water heater tank improved as well. Everything at Athome Resort has remained the same. Would be great if the Owner Albert will install ceiling fan in each room as having AC makes our skin very dry. If can improved wifi connectivity and hot water, fan, and minibar, it would be 5 star service Till the next time, we return AtHome Resort ?

Reviewed By AtiqahsytVery dirty place full of bird droppings on the floor. The pool aslo very cloudy and greenish water inside. Bottom of pool also slippery, not well maintainance. Very bad place i ever had. Dont waste your money and time for being here.

Affordable glamping trip with friendly staff and environment

It was an awesome trip. • Location: The location is good, short drive from KL. • Car Park: Just beside the reception counter, with plenty of parking space • Check-in and Checkout: Easy and fast as no key was needed. Just a quick briefing by the friendly staff. • Tents: Book 5 tents, our tents are tip top condition and position next to each other. Clean bed sheets, stand fan and lights in the room. They have provided an extension power cord just enough to charge our mobile devices. You can hear the relaxing river stream flowing sound as our tents are just beside the river side. • Dinning Hall: Few steps away from our tents, it was spacious and windy (plenty of fans above us). Cleanness of hall are dependant on the guest, as the diners will need to make sure to put away the trash and used utensils in the designated area before they leave. Some chairs are dirty due to left overs crumbles leftover. Overall good place to sit and chat. • Restroom: The glamping site has 10 restrooms. I was spacious, clean and good lighting. It has a standing rain shower, toilet and small green garden. • BBQ Night: We rented 2 BBQ pit, our bbq dinner was the highlight of the trip. The BBQ rental was equipped with charcoal, fire starter, tongs and a simple standing BBQ pit. Skewers weren't provided, instead we line the grill pit with aluminium foil. We BBQ our dinner beside our tent area. They have garden table and chairs where we can sit as well. Do bring along your portable table, chairs and spotlight if you have any that would be very helpful. • Breakfast was simple and tasty selection. We had nasi lemak, fried bee hoon, sweet pop and a kuih. • River time: My kids had a fantastic river water playing time. The river was shallow with clean river water and river flow was steady. There are some minus points but not a big deal: • Location: A bit of bumpy road when entering the site. • BBQ Pit: Our bbq pit rental, suppose to comes with skewers, but it wasn't provided. • Some part of the places can be seen a bit run down, the hanging bridge was broken when we are there.

Perfect for city getaway
Reviewed By Kimberly JThe retreat is located far inside a guarded entrance. Only people with bookings are allowed in. The place is verg quiet, and a perfect getaway from the city. There is a nearby construction, but not much noise heard as they only do in the day. Would definitely go back in the future.

Reviewed By Farahiyah311Pros : The environment is good and peaceful. I love the sound of nature, birds chirping, the sounds of waterfall feels so good during the night. Room is clean. Cons : The room is average compared to the price you paid. I guess a bit pricey for what i get. The water heater is not function, shower water very slow. One of the lighting inside the room is not function, a bit dark at that area. Few facilities unable to use, adults pool are closed, atv under maintenance. Resort surroundings need a lot of maintainance Recommendation : Im not going to repeat the stays ?

The wifi password
Reviewed By _F6656OTThey lie about the wifi password ? I try to connect few hours, but, no luck. The wifi is keep loading, It never let me use the wifi. I keep in contact with reception, and he say he can use the wifi, I ask him to help me connect with my phone, but, he never help. It mean the wifi is block by only specific person to use.
