The worst experience in long time
Reviewed By Jose CThis spa is Under construction, the game is under construction non-existence, the pool is empty, I found pins in my pillow, the people here don't not know why I was able to book my stay here because they are totally under renovations. The whole hotel is at a State of chaos, I was offered to stay and not pay, but that is not the point I came here with my wife to spend some relaxing time. The spa area are boxes upon boxes. I trusted TripAdvisor reviews, but the hotel forgot to close while renovations

Reviewed By 464erickrWe stayed for the weekend and it was wonderful. The people running the hotel were amazing and friendly. The room was GORGEOUS and so comfortable. I wanted to take the bed home with us. The hot water was plentiful. The location was perfect and close to everything. We can’t wait to go back.

ideal, economical, clean, friendly
Reviewed By Patty FWe stayed in this hotel for 10night. It was an ideal location (able to hear Mariachi music). VERRRRRRY VERRRRY clean, spotless and modern. We had some rain and our room had a leak, we had to change rooms for 2 night, but the Manager was very compensating about it, gave us a discount for the remaining nights and had the clothes that got wet from the leak washed and ironed for free. I thought that was a nice touch. The rooms are big, the shower is big, ideal for tall people. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels, nice TV and we got 2 bottles of water in the room every day. We could also fill up these bottles in the lobby for free...nice. Suggested improvements: Screen doors on patio doors, more water pressure in the shower, sink and toilet. Suggested ideas: serve a better variety of Breakfast. Toast, Serial, orange juice and coffee is a very boring continental breakfast. Aguascalientes is famous for their yummy breads and coffee...why not use that breakfast area and serve a nice variety of breads and drinks for the general public, for a nominal fee.... and give the hotel guests a voucher for their option to include breakfast with their stay? Again, THIS hotel was VERY VERY clean, I can't say enough about how clean it was, I was VERY impressed. WE WILL stay there again for sure, as it is centrally located, one can walk to areas of interest. Thank you.

Art only boutique hotel boutique hotel in downtown Aguascalientes, we have 21 beautiful rooms which are divided into rooms with 1 king size bed (ideal for business trip ) and rooms with 2 double beds ( great for travelers up to 4 people ) , all our rooms have lcd tv 32 " and 42 " cable TV with 80 channels of video and 20 audio, bathroom with hot water , wifi high speed internet, free parking (included in your stay ) . If you travel by truck / plane tell us what time is your Scarred and can impersonate you (additional cost). In our office we have the best concierge list of events and activities , as we have promotional coupons so you do not run without knowing all we have in Aguascalientes . Visit Aguascalientes , visit Art hotel where you will have a unique experience.
Centrally located hotel for a visit to Aguascalientes
Reviewed By junglejane14I stayed here for a long weekend. It’s about 40 minutes from the airport and only blocks away from the downtown sites such as the main plaza and Jardín San Marcos. They staff are really helpful and even answered questions for me via WhatsApp in advance of my arrival. The shower takes about five minutes to warm up if it’s not that warm out. They provide a water bottle daily which is appreciated. It can get a bit noisy when people are talking in the hallway. Overall I would recommend this hotel for people looking to check out the sites of Aguascalientes.

Reviewed By sandrilla2015Fui a hacer uso del spa, es un lugar maravilloso, con estupendo servicio, las instalaciones son de primera, realmente vale mucho la pena y el costo beneficio considero que está bien. Lo que considero muy caro es el restaurant, no tienen menú así que uno come de las tres opciones que ofrecen del menú del día y de postre sólo había cheesecake, para la categoría del lugar deberían considerar ofrecer un menú más amplio o para lo que ofrecen deberían bajar sus precios de alimentos, por menor costo uno puede comer mejor en restaurantes de ese nivel.

Reviewed By Fritz69_13The hotel is ok, clean and friendly; but it has many disadvantages. They advertise a rooftop bar, but unfortunately it is closed since they are turning it into a gym. They also advertise a full breakfast, but during my stay the cook was sick; so there wasn't any breakfast. The offer a complementary continental breakfast, when I asked for it; the gentleman at the reception offer to bring me up to my room some toast and coffee in approximately 20 minutes. I am not willing to wait 20 minutes for toast, so I declined. The room is decorated with a thick red carpet, which I did not like, they do not have a mini-bar or any snacks at the room (only 2 bottles of water), and the water in the shower runs very slow. The feature I liked the least was the locks on the door. It is a one key lock (that opens with a regular key; not a card), without any second security lock or security device. For this kind of money there are better alternatives in Aguascalientes.

Reviewed By Ulises AEs un hotel economico, rente una habitación para 2 personas por 500 pesos! La srita en recepcion muy amable, me dejaron entrar antes de la 1 pm, estacionamiento incluido! No es para exigentes, la limpieza es suficiente, si te gusta caminar mucho por el centro de una ciudad, llegar solo a descansar y no gastar mucho, esta es tu opción! La limpieza en el baño puede mejorar!
