Golden Beach

Miles and miles of golden sands and shallow crystal clear water. We parked next to Hasan Turtle beach restaurant but didn’t go in there. The boardwalk from the car park to the beach is a bit broken in places, there are sunbeds and umbrellas to hire but we were happy with just towels as we didn’t have long.

Ammos Kambouri Beach

Reviewed By MariosK727 - Ayia Napa, Cyprus

Hidden gem in Ayia Napa. This is beach at least till now was not busy because its not so close to the hotels and road is a loose surface road (only if you knew about it you would visit it). It has free parking and showers to shower after. A snak bar is next to the beach. This summer the municipality installed luxury sunbeds and cabanas with thick matresses that are oftenly rented in Greece for 50 eur each for an amazing price of 2.50eur each. It bacame the pilot basis luxury beach and soon many beaches will be upgraded to this standard (hopefully prices will be kept low). Beach is sandy (or right and ledt there are some rocks though) and shallow so its great for kids. If it wasnt far (15 mins drive from Ayia Thekla) from my home I would go every day there.I wish all beaches are upgraded to this standard.
