This pub had it all right. Great staff; helpful, friendly and polite. Great food; food was tasty, very reasonably priced and freshly cooked. The pub is very nicely decked out with comfy chairs and has a one way system cracked expertly keeping everyone safe in the covid world. Thats only when customers have the brains to follow their guidance. Had a lush night here whilst on holiday. The blonde lady who looked to be in charge was just fabulous! So thank you!!!

Wanted so lunch & this was the nearest place. I’ve been in there a few times in the evening & had a couple of Sunday roasts which were very good. My wife & I shared a large pizza, large chips & a bottle of red wine, as we had extra pizza toppings it cost me £25. The pizza was delicious, chips well cooked & a huge portion, bottle of Merlot was Hardy’s probably not their best but I’ve had loads worse. Service, nothing to much trouble & very polite. Meal was so large their were chips left over & I took three slices of pizza home! Great value, kids very welcome.
