I've been going here for years to see tribute artists, we usually pick someone we want to see, so we may go 3 or 4 times a year. Once in a blue moon the artist isn't that good but most of the time they're excellent. It's a small venue, I've got to admit the mens toilets are surprisingly clean, something you often don't get.

Lovely clean bar with a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Large variety of rum, gin and cask ales. Landlord and staff are extremely friendly and chatty and can't do enough for you. Completely stands out from other bars within its vicinity.

We went out to the pubs last night for the first time since lockdown etc and had a drink in The Bowling Green. The staff were fantastic and I felt they kept everybody safe. The girl on the door made sure everyone sat at their own table which were socially distanced from other groups/couples. When people drink, they obviously become more relaxed and drop their guards, me included, but the staff in here made it their responsibility to make sure people adhered to the guidelines. Thank you for valuing your customers.
