Families can't keep away from the TUI SUNEO Tsilivi Admiral, thanks to its handy setting and bright, comfy rooms. When it comes to location, this place has plenty to yell about. It's five minutes' walk to a sandy beach, and there's a flume-filled waterpark* even closer. The yellow, peach and blue-toned apartments are scattered through gardens filled with palm trees and flowers.

We stayed for 7 nights all inclusive, which we are so glad we did. The food was amazing, different choices every night and we also got access to the themed dinner nights over at the water park, which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel and definitely worth a visit! The breakfast had options of pastries, continental breakfast, English breakfast, fresh fruit and yoghurts, accommodating for everyone. I would say the hotel all inclusive food is better than the themed dinner nights in the water park but the themed dinner nights are definitely worth a try, as we only went there for one night. There are two pools which you can sunbathe round all day and the bar is constantly flowing with drinks for everyone. All of the non-alcoholic drinks are included in the all inclusive deal and most alcoholic drinks are too, except some branded alcoholic drinks such as Kopperberg which we payed for but also wasn’t expensive! The rooms are exactly like they are shown on the pictures they are basic but clean and the cleaners are very friendly too. All the staff at admiral are extremely friendly and helpful they give you a warm welcome every time you walk through the main entrance of the hotel. The staff are happy to help with any of your needs, for example, my grandma was struggling with her mobility in the heat so we asked the reception staff if there would be any chance of hiring a wheelchair. The staff were quick to help us with this and told us they would organise a wheelchair hire for us to be with us in the next couple of hours. By the afternoon the wheelchair was there in the reception for my grandma to use for the week. Can’t thank Admiral enough for an amazing stay.

We had an amazing massage at the wellness, Maria welcomes you in the wellness and explains all the treatments. All the staff in the wellness are very professional an friendly. The best cocktails at the pool bar are made from the best bar tender Blerina. I would like to thank all the restaurant staff for the service every day. Especially Elsa and her husband for the nice conversations, they really make you feel welcome. We had an amazing holiday!

Our late arrival in the evening was met with a warm welcome from Lillian and the restaurant was kept open and fully staffed to provide us with freshly prepared meals of our choice. This alone demonstrates the kind and caring nature of this establishment and the whole team's hospitality towards their guests. Special thanks to the restaurant team including Angelos, Elpida and Ada; and of course Angelica for fostering a wonderful atmosphere in the restaurant where the courtesy she afforded to her staff was reflected in their enthusiastic engagement with guests. We were particularly impressed with Michael and Panos's friendly nature, both of whom helped make the hotel feel like family. We shall certainly recommend this hotel and hope to come again. Nice hotel but food was hit and miss
Reviewed By Gema23xWe arrived at the hotel and was greeted by friendly staff and a lovely cold soft drink. The room we was given was amazing. 2 bedrooms- each with a balcony. Very spacious and clean. We had to pay 27 euros for the safe, another 27 in tax and another 27 for aircon. We went the week before half term and hotel was nice and quiet when we arrived but soon started to fill up towards the end of the week. We never struggled to get a sunbed but found it more tricky towards the end. The room was cleaned every single day by the lovely housekeeper who done a great job. Pool towels are available at reception and are lovely and soft. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the resort centre- just follow one road round and it brings you to all the restaurants and bars. Not far at all. We got taxis into Argassi and Kalamaki on two evenings and both cost 25 euro each way. There was hardly any entertainment in the hotel at all. A quiz and bingo during the day- twice ! The quiz and bingo are held inside the room in the annex. After we done the quiz- we never even tried the bingo. We also seen a snooker tournament one day and that was it. The snooker table also costs 2 euros a go!! We never stayed in the hotel in the evenings so cant comment on the evening entertainment but i doubt there was much of this either. No poolside entertainment at all. Speaker on the bar was playing music during the day but that was it. Previous hotels have had pool games etc but nothing here. The breakfast was awful. Sausages were mini hotdogs, Scrambled egg was like foam, bacon was like rubber and food was cold before you even sat down. We tried it one day and never went back for breakfast after that. We just waited for lunch. Lunch was hit and miss. Very small selection and not many options for kids at all. Breaded chicken nuggets and chips or fish fingers and chips. Sometimes they had pizza on which was rock solid and very very salty. Evening meal was hit and miss to. There was only one evening meal we had which was Gyros that we enjoyed. Every night after that we ate out so be prepared to allow for extra spending money. Food was always cold by the time we sat down. The snack bar selection was the worst i have ever experienced in anywhere i've ever stayed. One day i seen pasta out with no sauce and a square omelette dish that i can only presume was left over from breakfast as it was so crusty and hard. No burgers, hotdogs etc for the kids. Chicken wings were on ONE day which was the only nice thing id seen on the snack bar. Awful selection. There was also a member of staff who just stood at the top of the stairs by the bar in his white shirt and black trousers just watching what people were taking from the snack bar. Didn't see him smile the whole time we were there. He didn't give the best vibe out. The only staff member i could say this about. I cant comment on the afternoon tea as i didn't bother but i did just see some trays with covers on them out on the bar for the afternoon tea selection. I understand that the hotel must try and reuse what food they can for costings etc but the snacks were really bad. I really did expect more than this. The food plays a big part of an all inclusive holiday and this was the biggest let down. Alcoholic drinks were weak. Only had a few as we went out every night. The drinks menu was poor. Just all the usual local drinks and not even a basic cocktail was allowed. The coffee machine was out of order quite a lot due to no milk!? Ice cream selection was just a scoop of strawberry, vanilla or chocolate- no ice lolly's or anything. You also had to pay for bottled water which i found very strange. There wasn't even a bottle left in the fridge on arrival. The fridge was tiny and the freezer section was not even big enough to put a couple of bottles of water in. Quick summary- clean, friendly helpful staff, room was wonderful, food was poor, drinks were poor, entertainment was terrible.

Reviewed By jodys706We are a family of five, two adults and three kids (inc 2 teenage boys). Just returned from a lovely week at the Altura. Check-In was smooth and despite our late flight, a meal has been saved for us. Both rooms were spacious and thoroughly cleaned every day, with plenty of fresh towels. Lots of sun-beds around the pools and inflatables for the kids to play with. The second (infinity) pool was lovely too, very relaxing and more of a grown-up vibe. The animation team were super-enthusiastic and a special mention for Nicole, with her boundless enthusiasm and endless energy! All the staff were great, Konstantinos at the bar was permanently smiling and made some fantastic cocktails. Food was varied and every meal had a nod to traditional Greek cuisine as well as salads, vegetables, fish and a couple of meat choices. There were 2 vegetarians in our group and there was plenty for them to choose from. Short walk into town and under 10 mins to a fab beach with plenty of beach bars and activities. All in all, our whole week was chilled and we returned home on Tuesday night feeling like we’d had a ‘proper’ break! If you’re looking for a friendly hotel with a laid-back vibe then the Altura is definitely the place for you!

Reviewed By c19812014What can I say!! Everything about this hotel was amazing!! The food was stunning, fresh produces every every meal time. Something for all tastes. The staff were so friendly, but the best staff member was Mike, on the bar. What a fabulous, funny, welcoming friendly guy. Made us all feel welcome and is a gem to the hotel. The location is perfect. Short walk to a wonderful beach, that has a lot going on. The hotel is near bars, restaurants and gift shops. Also a supermarket nearby. The entertainment was not the greatest, but I've seen worse!! The only downside was the beds. 2 single beds in a twin room and they weren't the comfiest. I struggle with a bad back and the bed there hasn't helped. But the cleanliness of the rooms was brilliant. 3 different pools, the 1 at the front should really be adults only, as there are 2 pools at the back for kids, but not a serious issue. Overall, a wonderful hotel and we are planning on returning next year.

It was our first time to tsilivi this year and the family who run the Ariadne are the friendliest loveliest people and do what they can to make your holiday the best, Pamela was very helpful and friendly and tassos behind the bar was friendly fun and great with my 2 boys. The rooms were very clean and had everything you needed, towels and sheets were changed every few days and the room cleaned daily. We were on the 1st floor level with reception and the views are amazing. The swimming pool is very clean with plenty of sunbeds to choose from no having to get up early to grab one. The cleaners are very friendly and do not come while lunch time/ early afternoon which was great as some days we enjoyed a lazy morning. There is a snack bar which served fresh food made to order which was very tasty and slightly cheaper than on the main strip. The drinks were also well priced and the cocktails lovely. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel and enjoyed my holiday so much I have already rebooked for next year, Thankyou Ariadne for a fantastic holiday ?
