Reviewed By ZvijukBeautiful hotel in quite little town of Naxos. Staff was very helpful and understanding. One day I had stomach pain could not leave my room, they even bring food to me. Specal thanks to Nunzio chef of restaurant!! Grazie mille!! I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to relax and enjoy in diversity of great Sicilian coast and culture.

Phone Hacked and Theft/Fruad on Bank account whilst logged into Hotel Wifi

I have owned a mobile phone for 25 years, never been hacked.During the 4 night stay the only Wifi we ever logged into was the Hotel Wifi. At 0300 hours on the morning of departure my phone was hacked and over £2 grand taken from my bank account via Pay Pal. Access had been gained in my opinion from the Hotel Wifi.( no other Wifi was on not even 4G) . Never been hacked before Im I,T Literate and an Ex Cop so I know of these things. Whats worse has been the post holiday communication with the hotel. They simply do not accept any responsibility or any negligence on their part..there remarks were....the problem is not due to our Wifi but is to be found elsewhere. You judge for yourselves based on the above. It took me 12 emails sent to all manner of addresses to get that response ! Belting view from the Hotel & Cracking Weather, just a sad end and poor customer service expirence. KInd Regards

Reviewed By Scooterboy_richJust got back from a weeks stay all inclusive. The food is well below standard poor quality,not warm enough and a lack of choice. The alcoholic drinks are limited on the all inclusive,don't expect gin,vodka,rum,just Italian spirits but only after 6.30 pm. The staff are freindly,the pool and sunbed areas are great and the hotel is clean with adequant rooms.The entertainment was just one guy on a piano or keyboard singing all week in the evenings,there were ativities in the day with the activity team.It was pretty quite when we were there but no excuse for the food or entertainment quality. Would not go again.

Amidst olive orchards, almond and fruit trees on the side of a mountain overlooking the sea and the Aeolian Islands, you can be sure to experience the best in Sicilian hospitality. The meals are amazing and are made with fresh, local ingredients. The owners, Giacomo and Nina make you feel like treasured guests. This is also a great location for exploring the surrounding area, I only wish we would have traveled up into the mountains toward Mistretta but now we have reason to return. A day trip to Cefalu is easy and we would recommend forgoing the autostrada for the 2 lane highway along the coast for the sea views. If the autostrada is used, it would be possible for a day trip to Palermo. At the turn off to L' Uliveto, there is the lovely little seaside town of San Stefano, a ceramics hub. We traveled here with friends and would highly recommend this wonderful agriturismo.

We are exactly half way between Catania and Messina and only 15 minutes away from Taormina.You will be able to enjoy our beach club during the summer season distant only 5 minutes walking. There you can relax listening to some good music or having a mojito on the beach.For lunch or dinner we will be pleased to suggest some restaurants in the area or you can try our famous “pane cunzato” at the beach bar if you are looking for a light “sicilian” lunch.Our staff will be pleased to help you transforming your stay in an unforgettable experience.

Reviewed By worslipWe needed a positioning hotel for Taormina early the next day - this hotel worked out pretty well. Very helpful and friendly staff. Small niggle #1 - two extra pillows would be better than one per room. Small niggle #2 - consider 'normal milk' in addition to unsweetened milk as an option for breakfast. Major issue - pretty noisy above us beyond the stipulated 10 pm quiet time - I was too tired after a late flight to really notice but be aware - i would insist on the top floor to avoid the shoe tapping effects on the roof. Otherwise, great stay.

Reviewed By GemmarooniesWe stayed here for 2 nights and it was excellent. Our room was very spacious with the most fantastic view from the balcony. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, particularly in the restaurant. We were sceptical at first about being so high up but Letojanni and the beach is so easily accessible with the cable car and lifts. Parking was 5 euros a day. Breakfast was good with a good selection. We had dinner in the hotel one night. It was ok but I wouldn’t want to eat there every night. We stayed in October so it was a bit quieter. We didn’t use a lot of the facilities but everything looked very good. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again in summer.
