Excellent hotel, excellent staff
Reviewed By guidoj740We stayed for 5 days with quite a flexible schedule. Adding days to the booking was no problem and when one of our plans was cancelled due to weather conditions, cancelling a day was also free. The hotel has e-MTB's for rent for a very fair price, the spa is really great, the rooms are tidy with good showers. At breakfast, everything is prepared fresh (even multivit juice and yoghurt) and the staff is super friendly all round.

Everyone from the reception, waiter, cleaner, chef, babysitter, driver...Amazing team!!! Great food, great atmosphere, everyone very helpful. Not sure if suits for couples but perfect for families with kids or Bigger groups. Super kids area, wellness facilities, clean and tidy hotel, great food offer. Fantastic hotel
Reviewed By Magda GLovely hotel and staff, the owners were very helpful and also very keen on providing information about skiing and other entertainment in the area. Room was spacious and clean with lovely views. Spa facility was perfect, especially after a long day of skiing, the bar area was opened till late and was perfect for having a few drinks while playing board games! Location of the hotel was also bonus, the ski bus was just outside the door and even so the ski lifts were not too far off, lovely area for evening walks too. Overall atmosphere felt very pleasant and comfortable.

Reviewed By Gidons51We stayed at the Ladina , all family , 5 rooms , for the second time . This is the best hotel in Campitello, and we have been in a few . Location , is perfect , in the center of town , just on the main square. Walking to cable car , 5 minutes . Rooms , are good size , modernly refurbished, very comfortable, have great Mountain View , very comfortable bed , big balcony, spotless clean , all amenities and refrigerator. Food , very good buffet breakfast and great dinner with big selection, also vegetarian dishes available. Service , the best you could ask for ! This is a family business, so the staff really cares to make you most satisfied possible . Everybody was so friendly, helping and giving you the best “ at home “ feeling . Private free parking , beautiful spa . Best value for money you can get . Very recommended , and we surely will come back for the next winter season.

Reviewed By Experience463957A almost perfect stay for the Marcialonga ski race. Super service, good food, so nice afternoon tea and best of all, nice and friendly personal. I was just missing a little better ski wax facilities in the garage. A ski wax table or two would be perfect especially if there are more guests that would like to use the facility.

I had a lot of massages in my life and she by far gives the best one! It was so good that I booked for everyday of my staying. The service at the hotel is very good and the rooms are comfortable. Food was nice and had a lot of diversity.

Average hotel with nice staff and great view
Reviewed By Niklas BThe hotel is a little far away from the village, it's a good 10-15 minute walk steeply down (and then of course up again). You can ski to the hotel either flat from the Alpe Lusia lift or, apparently, if you take the last blue slope and stop before you get into the village and walk a but up, but I never tried that. Rooms are good but the beds are really hard and the pillows really flat, so bringing your own pillow is recommended. Bathrooms are big with a decent shower and towel heaters and everything. The restaurant is nice, we had the three course meal every day but be prepared that it's not starter/main course/dessert but first/second/dessert, so the second part is often just a piece of meat with some small vegetable and not an actual full main course. You pick your own salad before the meal and it could be good to keep it for the entire meal if they allow you :) The hotel has a good bar with a big screen TV if you want to join in watching a game or something. There is a spa in the basement with a nice view over the mountains, where you find two regular dry saunas (one at around 40-50 degrees and one at 80-90) and a turkish sauna, a relax area, showers, cold shower, mist shower, and a very small pool/jacuzzi that's not very warm but still nice to relax in. There is free WiFi but it doesn't cope well when there is a large number of phones and tablets, so you will have problems getting a connection in the mornings and evenings. I did manage to use NetFlix and others did get a Skype connection, but don't count on it. The WiFi also goes through a proxy so apps like WhatsApp and Viber will not work. Facebook Messenger works though.
