Reviewed By Kat1889Beautiful hotel with nice surroundings. Rooms were clean and nice. Food was good but no vegan options available in the restaurant below the hotel or for breakfast. There were some vegetarian options though.

Dnes tj. týden před naším příjezdem do ubytování nám zavolala paní s oznámením, že se nemáme kde ubytovat, jelikož v ten termín je penzion rezervován pro slevomat. Můžeme být rádi, že se obtěžovali nám alespoň zavolat, a nezjistili jsme to po příjezdu! Po zklamání nám nabídla alternativní možnost ubytování, jehož nabídku a další informace nám pošle hned do emailu. Od té chvíle s nami nekomunikují. Tuto zkušenost bych hodnotila v mínusových hodnotách, bohužel (naštěstí) to nejde!

The worst experience ever!
Reviewed By Angie TThe worst experience ever. We all felt like we were in a bad dream or a strange "B" movie written by a Stephen King wanna be. We went to check in and the check in place happened to be a bar. Both the husband and wife were having a little party and the husband was already getting drunk. The owner lady of Pura Vida came to ask if we could pay her, which we did (forgetting to take a receipt that end it up being a big mistake). After two hours, around 12am, she came back with the assistance of two young man demanding from us to pay her again. The owner of Pura Vida, already looking drunk, was telling us that we didn't pay her and that she does not recall us giving her money. The guys were getting pushy and noisy and woke the kids up. We had to call the police, and in the middle of the night, we had to packed our things and drove to the nearest city with two little terrified kids in the back of the car. The next day the manager(daughter of the owners) of the Pura Vida in Zajeci wrote us an e-mail saying that she was sorry because they found the money. I would never recommend this place to anyone, the owners of the Pura Vida in Zajeci are unprofessional and should never be in the business of costumer service.
