High class facilities but poor service
Reviewed By Asfoor1992I stayed in the hotel because my flight had been cancelled and the airline booked for me to stay there. Hotel location is great it's near to the mall and close to centre of town. The facilities in the hotel are high class, the only issue is some of their staff manner, they are so rude especially that guy in reception I really don't understand how he is working for such a well-known hotel, he was shouting at the face of one traveller his flight was cancelled!!. They deal with the travellers who come from such cases differently because maybe they are not paying for their stay. They kept saying that they will arrange a transport for me to the airport but I waited till one hour before my flight and I asked for a taxi at the end, I don't know if its true that was a transport coming or not because I was waiting for more than an hour and that receptionist keeps saying within 5 minutes it will come. Housekeeping staff were good and polite honestly. Also the receptionist in the gym is a friendly person. One more thing was bad is not giving any instructions to you, just the key and room number and go, the room doesn't have any guide book or even room service list and that's not Accor standards.

The Turkish driver Dhafer is very polite,professional & helpful. The hotel manager Mohammad speaks good English and offered us a free ride to Forum.! The only disadvantage is that there is no direct access to the sea and no available pools.

Reviewed By kadiralkanTrabzon’da bu kadar rahat edebileceğim bir yer olabileceğini sanmıyordum.Havalimanına 10 dakika mesafede pandemi koşullarında tüm kurallara uyan bir otel düşünün.Kahvaltı yaparken tek kullanımlık eldiven vererek açık büfeye çözüm bulmuşlar.Bodrum’da 5 yıldızlı otelde dakikalarca açık büfe sırası bekledim sırf ordaki görevli pandemiden dolayı kendisi vermek zorunda kaldığı için.Tam Karadeniz yaratıcılığı ile çözümü bulmuşlar.Odalara gelirsek inanılmaz geniş 2 banyo 2 wc mutfağı salonu deniz gören balkonu gerçekten çok keyifliydi.Tüm personel çok ilgiliydi.Otelin sahibi Haluk bey özel olarak bizlerle ilgilendi memnuniyetimizi sorduherkese tavsiye ederim.

Reviewed By velatcThe reception of the hotel is friendly and does its job well. The service person is helpful and caring. But restaurant presentation and interest is the opposite. The pasta I wanted last night was left waiting and cold. I asked for a change and asked for the pasta to be made fresh. After 15 to 20 minutes, a warm pasta arrived, which was obviously heated in the microwave. today I also asked for lemon cheesecake, but instead, raspberry cheesecake was brought. When I stated that I wanted lemon cheesecake, I've been told that there was no lemon cheesecake, so it was brought with raspberry. It's a complete fiasco when the kitchen staff insisted that I eat the carelessly prepared food and the dessert they wanted! I hope the kitchen staff change their attitude.

Reviewed By nuryonoherrywFor room size and furniture are excellent, all looked luxurious and modern. But some basic equipments are like sink and microwave not available. Sea view from the room also not looked nice due to building construction and dirty yard. Hotel location is far from shop or restaurant, so forget it if you don't have vehicle. Reception staff also not friendly, maybe because of poor english.

Temizlik on numara servis on numara. Çok memnun kaldık. Tavsiye ederiz ! trabzon’a her gelişimizde buraya tekrar dönmeyi düşünüyoruz.
