1) Atmosphere: Very nice place to take toshiro cake and tea, with looking at garden.
2) Japanese style house with wooden-framed structure.
3) Toshiro foods are the oldest Yamaguchi food (with beans) , which can be seen in Nagoya (between Tokyo and Kyoto) as local foods originally producted here.
4) You can order Japnese tea, coffee or so as you like.
5) This local site is also near food-product and old Ouchi Lord town (richest city in that period in Japan). You can see old history and impression.

すこしこってりだけどヤミツキになる味です。
自分流にネギの量や麺の硬さなど変えれるので、また違ったラーメンが毎回食べれます。
美味しいのでオススメです。

It was my first time here and it did not disappoint. It is in a more or less remote part of Yamaguchi city, also from the bus stop it's a good 10 minute walk up a hill to reach it. Despite this, it is really worth it. Architecturally speaking, the restaurant is very Western and it's location is on a mountain side giving you a great view. It's no wonder people choose to get married here. They are specialized in Italian food (despite the French name) and it is simply delicious! For the best value, try the lunch buffet (from 11AM to 3PM)--which is all you can eat--for a total of 1380 yen. You can also order a complimentary pasta meal--which may be free or cost an additional 100-200 yen depending on your choice. The staff is incredibly friendly and the waiter even explained in English the different pasta plates that were available.
Although its location is a bit "out of the way", the food is simply too good to pass by.

I have been to this restaurant twice and have not been disappointed yet.
Actual Indians prepare Indian curry. Many different curries are available with an even wider variety of nans (dipping bread). You may choose the spiciness of your preference.
The food is exquisite, the restaurant is well kept and the staff is friendly. However, expect to dish out at least 1,600 yen for a meal that will satisfy your appetite. There is no outdoor Seating.

I really like the place. Its clean, spacious and they sell a lot of healthy products made from blueberries! There are blueberry vitamins, jams, vinegar, drinks, chocolates, candies,etc. They also sell other products like honey, tea, green organic veggies and breads.
For food, they provide all you can eat for 1.500 yen. Salmon, pasta, soups, salad, tea, bread, and little cakes. All taste really nice and fresh. I really like the salmon and bread!
Overall, i feel these tasty, fresh and organic food is quiet fair for the price.

１８時開店で、18時15分ごろについてみたらすでに駐車場は満車。何とか待ってみてあいたところに車を滑り込ませようとしたらものすごく止めにくい狭さ。
半泣きになりながら切り返し切り返しして頑張って車を止めたら店の外にまでできている行列に打ちひしがれました。
並んでいると周りの人から食券買っとくといいですよと教えていただき食券を買うとすぐに店員さんが半券を持っていきました。早い。
そこから30分ほど待っていざ実食。
バリバリにあげられたちゃんぽんのような中太麺の中華めんにチョット酸味が入ったあんかけがたっぷり。3人前を家族4人で注文したんですがすごく大きなお皿にたくさん入ってました。
油で揚げてあるんですが、皿うどんよりもさっぱりとしていて、具もイカが飾り切りされていたりキャベツやシイタケの野菜がたくさん入っていて鶏ベースのあんかけはするすると家族のお腹に入っていきました。
しょっぱさも丁度よく、こりゃたくさんお客さんが来るわけも分かります。
山口市に来たらぜひ立ち寄られるといいでしょうね。長崎のちゃんぽんとも皿うどんとも違う食感と味を堪能してみてください。

この日、新山口駅前のホテルにチェックインした私たちは、夕食に回転寿司たかくらを訪ねました。回転寿司たかくらは、新山口駅の新幹線口を出た左手にあるホテルの１階に入っています。
北海道民の私たちは、北海道では獲れない、のどぐろや金太郎、キンメダイなどをいただきました。どれも新鮮で、おいしいお寿司でした。
ちょっと驚いたのは、シャリの量がとても少ないことです。その分、多くのネタを味わうことができますが、満足するまで食べると皿の枚数もいつもよりかなり多かったのも事実です。

ランチに訪れました。駐車場がなく近くの有料駐車場を紹介してくれ退店時にサービス券をくれますので安心して食べれます。店内はカウンターが中心で常連さんが多い雰囲気です。席に座りラーメンを注文すると結構早くラーメンが到着。
山口で初めてのラーメンでしたが、すごくこってりのラーメンで正直驚きました。しかし、こってりが気にならず難なく完食です。とても美味しくいただくことができました。

This restaurant is located on JR Shin-Yamaguchi Stn side, opposite to the Shinkansen platforms. We arrived about 6pm n were fortunate to be given a counter seat that had been reserved for a later time.
The sashimi were excellent. The uni were a tad small but very sweet. Tempura n soya sauce stewed fish were excellent too.
Service was excellent too. One of the girls, from the family that runs the restaurant, speaks good English n was a big help with ordering.
Will definitely come back for more.
