There are two McDonald's in Sheridan, and this is our first time to stop at this one as we pass through. It appears to be newer than the other McDonalds, and well maintained and clean. The service was good, as was the coffee.

Well, we were very hungry after traveling all day and not having been there before we thought we would try it.I guess I'm just not an Arby's girl.I wasn't impressed with my sandwich. It was alright. My husband felt the same. I must by spoiled by McDonald's, Ha Ha!I can add Arby's to my list of, "Been there done that"!

There was only one person working when I was there and there were quite a few people waiting. Whatever the owners were paying this women was way too little. She worked steady and never lost her cool despite the number of people waiting to be served. She was polite and kept her sense of humor.

Normally, this is a pretty good McDonalds, though tgeres usually a wait involved. There were only 4 tables of people in the place at 1:45 when we waited and waited for two artisan chicken sandwiches. They looked great, but were rubbery in texture and completely tasteless. The only flavor the chicken had was the bitter aftertaste it left in my mouth. I ordered a chocolate shake to go to get rid of the aftertaste. There were 4 people waiting for their orders. The kind cashier was in training, so another customer and I waited over 10 minutes for our icecream as he wondered back and forth. Then he was going to give me the shake he'd made 6 minutes earlier and had forgotten to give me (it sat uncovered on the counter getting melted). I'll be back, though, and give them another shot.

When I explained about my daughter having celiac disease they were very helpful. I explained that I needed them to don new gloves and not use surfaces they used to make sandwiches in order to make my daughter's salad, they complied cheerfully. Sandwiches were good. Place was crowded. I noted that they treated all customers with the same nice attitude. Clean place.

We drove from Idaho all the way across Montana to Sheridan, Wyoming, arriving at about 9:00 p.m. After getting a hotel, we went looking for food. The three young people working here in this otherwise empty restaurant (about to close, but we didn't realize that until after they'd fed us!) served us gratiously, making us feel welcome. We were so impressed at their kindness and patience, despite the fact that we were makng them stay later. The food was excellent, too--similar idea to Chipoltle's but better choices and tastier food. It was great for us to get healthy food, so late in the evening, for low prices. I really didn't want to go to McDonald's, which was the only other choice besides an expensive restaurant. The owner should be proud of their employees at this place.
