Donut shops abound, but Marge's is very special The donuts are fabulous and the staff is old school charming. Its like a Donut Den Time Machine inside. Get there early for the best selection. Marge's is very popular. Get a T Shirt, too!
Marge is a music lover and has two pianos, one in the sitting room, and one in the art room, which features Paul Collins originals.

I had the opportunity to visit this restaurant for a business lunch last week. I found the food quality to be extremely good and the service was highly attentive.
Although I'm certain that the dinner vibe is quite a bit different, I still found the atmosphere to be inviting and vibrant. If you like the classic sports bar scene, this one will be certain to please.
The food is the real star at Monelli's. It's just really good food and a menu to satify any taste. Don't overlook this option when in the Grand Rapids area.

This Madcap coffee was so super delicious - words cannot express the taste and the richness of this aromatic coffee - I did a small taste test because the baristas were all super helpful and the coffee was out of this world - just out of this world - definitely an experience that I am super glad that I had - Just a word of caution this coffee will ruin you for any other mediocre coffee that you will ever have - I'm back in NY and I am missing this coffee!!

Anna's house isn't as quaint as it was when it was just the original on Plainfield and it felt like you were in Ann Arbor or Madison or Berkeley eating hippie hash enjoying the kitschy atmosphere and interesting wait staff. But the food and service are every bit as good and this Grandville location has continued to serve up great breakfasts in a fun (even if it has a pinterest vibe now) atmosphere that still features donated mugs promoting almost anything legal in the area.
The omelettes are all great....I love the California...and the bowls are mighty good too. Hippie Hash is still a fave and I do like their home made corned beef hash...it's incredible. If you really want to indulge, add a cinnamon roll to your order....they're as big as your head and have lots of frosting.

The ham is replaced with real corned beef. They brine it themselves and it's amazing in this dish !

This is still the place to go to get great Mexican food. We had a large group of six and they were able to easily accommodate us. They have a nice selection of food to choose from. I had the combination poncho and it was awesome. The chips and salsa they give you is great. My sister had never been and she really loved the vegetarian options.

Tonight we brought our out-of-town guests here for dinner. The service by Kendal was excellent! She was friendly, efficient and suggested some of her favorite foods and beers on the menu (which we tried). The food was delicious and the portions very generous. Our guests commented on the fun atmosphere of the restaurant as well and we couldn't agree more. We'll be back!

This was my 3rd visit to Grove. It did not disappoint. The food was fabulous - I had the duck as did two others - and we were all very happy with our selection. The accompanying vegetables were wonderful. The first courses are quite large and could easily work as a main entree. The shrimp
and grits was quite good and was a large helping. Grove is a great place for a special occasion as it is at the higher end of the price scale - but it’s worth it.

Went to BU for our anniversary with some friends. Didnt know what to expect but was really surprised by the food quality, tastes, whiskey and bourbon choices, beer choices, service and atmosphere. We ordered the crispy brussels sprouts which were the best brussels sprouts ever. Try them even if you dont like bs. I ordered the beef stroganoff, which was very good. The smoked brisket was very tasty, I just wish the pieces were smaller, but thats me. My wife ordered the skate wing, which had a really tasty buttermilk potato sauce. The smokehouse barbeque pork sandwich looked great, along with smoke pastrami. I ordered a pour of woodford reserve, which I knew would be excellent. Lots of food and drinks for everyone, give em a try.
This is a must return for us, guaranteed!
