Wroclaw is Poland’s fourth-largest city and the capital of the Viovodship of Lower Silesia. Originally (in medieval times) built across several islands, the city still has many lovely bridges and beautiful architecture. The Rynek (central square), lined by colorful buildings, is one of the city’s most popular destinations.

ur stay at sky tower was disappointing. The check-in was quick however no instructions were given on how to manage the systems control panel placed in the apartment. The flat wasn’t in the best condition. Paying this amount of money you expect some kind of luxury ... the only thing that we couldn’t complain about was the view and size of the apartment, the rest ... everything was broken, used or not working! Shower not working, dirty seals. Bulbs across all apartments were missing or not working !!! The coffee machine not working! No slippers as promised. Unable to open the window. The cooker didn’t work. We had to call someone to come and fix it. I can keep going but the big disappointment was that we got the wrong apartment. Not the one we booked through the website! Customers service ... the worst I came across ever. They ignored us completely. I asked to move the apartment and I was told someone will contact me. Apparently, they were fully booked and obviously no one call me back as they promised! I have also sent an email directly but again no one replied. Really poor Customer service which makes the whole experience disappointing.

The title should describe it enough! The place is close to the train station and very near convenient stores. It's about 10 mins walk to the old town. Friendly staff. Overall pretty good. The internet could be faster, but i digress.

Spacious modern apartments, very clean and reasonably equipped. Reception is at the dentist :) Good wifi and very helpful staff. Street facing apartments are at the ground level, hence using blinds is recommended. Location is definately not something sought after, hence rather low price tag. All in all, nice, reasonably price stay.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

Reviewed By Askania1986

TERRIBLE PLACE!!! Extremely rude and incompetent owner and staff doing everything to cheat on you!!! I booked 1 night there coming from abroad. There was NO information about any restrictions towards Covid. I do not live in Poland. Obviously the reservation was nonreturnable. A few hours after I paid for it, I received an email which told me that I cannot stay there although I checked the regulations and in case of a person traveling from abroad who I was, it was legal to stay at hotel/rented apartment. I DID NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS TO BOOK MY ROOM THAT NIGHT IN ANOTHER PLACE! But that’s not all! The owner called me screaming and shouting at me without any reason. He said that it was ONLY MY FAULT and he doesn’t care about my refund! He was extremely arrogant and aggressive! I applied to booking.com to refund my reservation and they agreed with me so they contacted the property to ask about any refund. I also contacted them by myself. Another rude, aggressive and arrogant employee, screaming, shouting and insulting me, told me that booking.com claimed that it was my fault which is not true - I received 2 messages from booking.com confirming that I should be repaid. He was clearly happy and satisfied that I lost my money, telling me that’s my fault and suggesting that I am stupid! THIS IS HOW THEY EARN THEIR MONEY NOW AND THIS IS A SCANDAL!!! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO THERE AND DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!!

Jedna noc- rodzinnie

Good value and close proximity to Centennial Hall

Reviewed By fortunetta

I booked this property in order to attend a conference at Centennial Hall. It was an easy walk, with good access to bus and tram service. I stayed on the 8th floor in an apartment with a view of the Odra River. It caught a great night breeze during the week I stayed that was very pleasant. A convenience store next door provided drinks and necessities. Although I found the microapartment most adequate, it won't be for everyone. My room lacked hangers and dish towels and the two beds, one pull out sofa and one bunk bed atop the closet unit, are not overly comfortable. Still the place is very clean, it has TV and wi-fi, and the bathroom is very nice.

Aparthotel Bike Up

No one can hear you scream.

Reviewed By M7012GProberts

Since 2019 we have stayed at this very Spartan hotel regularly when in Wroclaw. The location for us is excellent with the central train station literally "around the corner" and all major tram and bus lines run by on the main street a block away. The "off street" location keeps the transit noise down significantly. The Rynek and Old Town attractions are within an easy walk or a short ride. Great location. But... the hotel offers no services anymore. None. Period. No laundry. No cleaning. No baggage storage. No longer will you find a bike rental service or concierge for help or reception of any kind. It is a very reduced experience compared to our 1st stay. Covid? It is a pity. Yet, the service collapse isn't the problem here (for us). What compels me to consider another hotel next month is the decline of the feeling of "safety " of this location. Never before have I felt as "unsafe" as with this 3 week stay. The abandoned building next door is vandalized yet only a few evenings ago we were awakened by a riotous event there which included windows broken out and an office chair thrown out onto a rooftop. The next night the same occurred including another office chair out the window. The darkened yard there is behind an obscured gate hiding much garbage and activity from street view. It is more like a set from the movie "A Clockwork Orange" by Kubrick. In the morning light I was able to see from the hotel room windows that a bike from the hotel was littering that yard. Bright yellow against the recent snow and unclear if this was there for a short or long time. But it was unsettling. Vandals on the hotel property at night? Vandals who throw chairs out windows? Opportunistic "ultra-violence" to quote the movie? In even the best of times this hotel requires a self-sufficent traveler. But now the hidden approach to the front door has never been less comfortable, and still not a single taxi or Uber has ever found the alley to the entry door on the first pass down the one way frontage street. On this particular visit the "alley" appears even less "safe" in the night each evening we returned from some event. Off the frontage street you must walk down an "alley' to get to the hotel front door. The alley has one side facing the wall separating the abandoned building and its assembly yard. The hotel side of the alley has another large dark passage which leads off between buildings and includes an obscured adjacent underground parking access ramp. Nothing protects you as you walk from the frontage street down this alley to the entry door. No fence bars the side passage. No cameras appear to capture or deter criminality. No human security such as a night porter or guard are present. The entire area is a ghost town including the frontage street (but for one indoor restaurant well down the block). There is literally "No one to hear you scream" for help when you walk this passage to the hotel front door. Adding to the sense of "insecurity" the hotel itself is looking decrepit with all the ground floor store fronts vacant or papered over, and the glass of one ground floor entry awning obviously broken out. Graffiti- like "tags" are adorning the brick sides every few meters as you walk to the entry. Inside the hotel entry doors the former laundry counter lies abandoned with the security roll gate partially "up" and the door to the former reception open and unsecured. The entire feeling given is one of insecurity and neglect. The vibe which made this a "hip" and comfortable place for us is no longer present. It feels like a crime scene waiting for the blue lights and yellow tape. My wife and I are going to start looking for different (probably less convenient) long term stay hotels for our next visit to Wroclaw Stare Miasto.
