Very nice and quiet place. Actually staed in a rental house right next door which was also very nice. If you are looking to just get away, and chill out, this is a great place. Also there is a couple of hidden gems around that neighborhood . I am sure Elain can tell you about.

If you are a timid traveler who prefers a "sterilized" version of the country you visit - I recommend you stay in the confines of your resort. But if you are adventurous and want to immerse yourself in a different culture - visit I-N-I Rastarant. This is as real as it gets! Kyng Sharlo has dreads that drag the ground. He is an accomplished musician. (Check out "Falling Rain" and "Jah Will Never Leave Us Alone" on You-Tube) He also serves up the best I-tal on the island. Stop by for a fine meal, partake of some herb, and have one of the most intellectual conversations with a true Renaissance man. This is a "DON'T MISS" in Negril.

This was one of our favourite eating spots at Sandals south coast because the view and the practically entirely outdoor dining was amazing! At night we ate at a table out on the boardwalk part overlooking g the water it was so beautiful. Wait staff were always so pleasant! The food here is a better choice if you’re looking for something lighter, like salads and wraps as you can get everything with a side salad instead of fries. Lunch was ok but dinner was better. Pls try the calamari- amazing! And always try the drink of the day!! Why not? It’s free!

On our most recent visit to Sandals South Coast, we were happy to see that all of the Jamaican dishes (other than the jerk shack) had been moved to the menu at Eleanor's. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. No disappointment for our anniversary dinner.

Nothing to write home about. Breakfast takes about an hour to receive after ordering. Saw a server put down drinks to look up at a bird chirping above her head in a tree. She snapped out of it after a full 15 seconds.
