Recommended to us & not disappointed. We were a group of six celebrating my friend birthday and were looked after very well, very nice and attentive staff! We had some bruschette and taglieri to share, everything was delicious! But the best was my cocktail "strawberry mojito"- the presentation and taste of this drink was flawless! I will definitely go back there very soon !

We came across this small bar whilst wandering around Udine looking for somewhere for dinner. It's a very local bar and whilst the staff spoke a little English it didn't cause us any issues. They are well known in the town for their huge selection of wines and beers and were delighted to help us with our choice of drinks and food. If you like to mix with the locals whilst on holiday I strongly recommend making your way to this bar.

While looking for a different restaurant we came across the Enoteca Giardinett, which appeared to be a very popular local restaurant. Reviewing the menu, we enjoyed the concept of wine paring that came with all entrees, pastas and appetizers. My husband started with prosciutto cudo and regional cheese with the recommended wine-very good. I had the zucchini stuffed flowers, served straight from the oven, hot and excellent! My husband order Black Angus steak, done to perfection, which was very good, especially for Italian beef. He requested no potatoes, but the waitress/chef left the potatoes on the plate. His wine as recommended complimented the beef. He had a green salad on the side that was nothing but different lettuce leaves-very dull! I had the pasta primavera with capers, tomatoes and olives, a little skimpy on the ingredients, but tasted very good. Our waitress was very friendly, professional and efficient... Our dinner with 4 glasses of different wines, two starters and 2 main entrees and coffee was 69 euro, providing good value for the money. Recommended.

What a beautiful evening of delectable food and breath taking wines. Amazing ingredients produced simply and beautifully into elegant delicious dishes. Beautiful service, wonderful atmosphere and ambience. Well worth the detour to Udine even if this is not on your route but you are in the region.

This is definetly my favourite place in Udine! Fun atmosphere, nice people, good wine and an amazing huge Mortadella that you can taste it in a sandwich or just while you are having a Spritz. I also loved porchetta another kind of salami I guess! If you come to this city you must visit Pieri for a quick lunch or for the happy hour!
