We reserved late but were lucky to get two seats at the bar counter. Got there nice and early to have a few glasses of wine before dinner and that was a great idea. The wine selection (available in big or small portions by the glass) is varied enough for everybody to find a match. We didnât have a cocktail but the ones that came out from the bar looked good. Food is excellent. Had the mix of tapas to share then burgers. The burger is as french as I imagine a burger could be. Brioche bun, coarse ground excellent quality meat and a nice ripe cheese on top. A nice and sweet couple went around the world in 2010 and came back in Aix with the idea to allow people to discover the food they loved. Such a good idea. Charming and welcoming, they give you advices on which food to order. I strongly recommend the guozi, akras and shrimps nems. Special thought for the mango curry sausage. A nice place to stay a few hours and enjoy some good wine (the Malbec was good). Went here alone and the owner/waiter was very friendly and helped me with a place in the shadow. The food was terrific! They only have a couple of tables, so the atmosphere is really cosy. A real authetic place te visit. Btw: they have a great variety of wines!

This place was recommended by our hotel. The food was fine but the owner was really unfriendly. Service was slow and we just felt ignored. They didn't ask if we wanted desert and it felt as if they just wanted to get rid of us.
