if you like Döner sandwiches, with fries, dishes go there for a different Döner experience. Large portions, yummy sauce variations and good meat. Friendly personnel. Go and have your updated Döner version :)

NoHut offers Turkish-style dishes that go beyond typical Döner/Kebab. We had the stuffed aubergine (Imam Bayildi), which was very flavoursome, and the bulgar salad â which tasted like no bulgar salad I tried before. Wow! The menu offers a lot of vegetarian, and some vegan dishes. Servings were rather large.The atmosphere is a mix of industrial and rustic, a contemporary look that is, at the same time, cosy. We went for lunch and the place was quite busy. Service was quick and friendly.

We were there on Sunday it was full and very loud, we had to wait until we received a table, after this we were waiting another 20 min. for the Menu card we ordered lamb and after around 30 minutes the Waiter said that the Lamb is not more available and the only option was chicken, Great! we were Hungry and we were waiting for too long to leave now so we were agree and after several minutes we received our food and it was lack of flavour I think I could find a better Döner around the corner and this place looks better than that, the only acceptable thing were the fries.The service was chaotic and the waiter took the Tip without saying a word after this appalling experience the last thing I wanted was to leave a tip but this was enough to not recommend it.

We visited By Yol on a Friday night and despite the place being packed we were served promptly. The waiter was absolutely charming and the food was served quickly. We shared an appetiser plate (picture attached) and everybody loved the creamy dips and tasty veg. The main dishes were very good as well and the portion sizes were enormous. I only managed half of mine and asked to take the rest home with me as it was far too good to go to waste. We will definitely come back!

Located in the center of the town, close to the market place this restaurant has a lot of potential, since Bielefeld had no really good turkish kitchen. So we decided to give it a try, both of us liking turkish kitchen and with a coupon the cost would be bearable. You go down into a cellar and the atmosphere is very nice and friendly.We had the large meze (appetizer) plate which continued of 7 different creams (think Humus and Tzatziki) all nicely tasting but nothing too special and for the prize rather small. Afterwards we had two veal dishes, also nice but nothing too spectavular and again pretty small portions for the prize. The food was tasty, fresh prepared but it lacked in creativity, both dishes tasted pretty much the same. The menu is pretty small three fish dishes, a couple vegetarian and about 13 mostly veal and lamb dishes are available. The staff was friendly even though my ordered wine was replaced by a more expensive which I was told after it was served. All in all for the price quoted, the food was not good enough and the portions were two small. So Bielefelld is still lacking good turkish food.
