I always invite friends to dine with me here and they were all positive about it. Personal favorite would be the Pad See- Ew, vegetarian spring roll (po pia) and the Gang Kari Neua. I pair these with Busaba Blues bubble tea all the time too which is, by the way a must try! they put these black tapioca pearls which is pretty unique around the west kootenay area

Within the last year, I have visited and eaten at KC Restaurant on three separate occasions. The Chinese food ordered was delicious, large helpings of the Combination dinners.. Great service by Evan on our last visit there.! It's not only important that the food be very good, but service counts as it's surprising to me how the occasion celebrated can be marred by a surly, impatient server. Evan was the totally opposite of that being witty, charming, and helpful, too. It was a birthday celebration and going to the KC Restaurant for the meal was a great choice.
