Yesterday we did come here for the 3rd time for dinner and it was just a great experience again. We had the signature menu that tastes always fresh and innovative without beeing too fancy, they get it just right. The winelist is extensive and offers something for everyone, but in general we talk north of CHF 100 for a bottle of red wine but compared to retail prices they make them accessible. We selected the Insignia from Napa Valley, that was an excellent choice that paired nicely with the dishes. To start we had their house champagne, a good choice to kick off the dinner which becomes a grand event at The Adler! Outdoor seating is superb with magnificent views and the friendly and attentive staff rounds up the overall experience. Just go there and treat yourself, you won't regret it, but prepare to drop a few coins. Will return this summer for sure.

Outstanding anniversary dinner. Parking full of nice cars, cozy atmosphere, original selection of fine courses, friendly even 'cool' staff, excellent food, prices according of course but OK. This was our first try and for sure not the last one. A good place to go after the Seeli closed and is collapsing.

In spite of having been often in Rapperswil, we never stepped into this restaurant... ended up there in occasion of a concert... ...next time we'll reserve a table for dinner! The atmosphere is very nice, modern and cosy at the same time, with an oldfashioned shop corner with lots of organic and homemade specialties.You can watch the kitchen brigade at work and whatever they prepare is more than fresh and based on local products. This time we only tried their fascinating teas (never smelled so much aroma rising from such a special teapot before!) and an equally surprising dessert: Cereal icecream. When giving the available flavors the waiter realized that strawberry was out and offered to make some... where do you get THAT? In fact the freshly made strawberry icecream was among the best we ever tried.Brief: Don't miss that restaurant when you are in town, best thing is to take your time and enjoy the entire menu!

Just had a beautiful meal at this lovely restaurant. I can certainly recommend the fresh ravioli, we didn't have much time to digest our starter before our main course arrived. That is the only criticism I have. I think the next time I would tell them to take it easy.

not bad. majority of italian specialities and some tradtional swiss dishes as well.the fish from the lake was ok but a bit expensive (eglifilet, 45 sfr for example).the service was efficient and polite.the distance between tables was not big enough as to keep the addequate privacy.

We headed out to zum Rathaus with our confirmed reservations. Located at ZuriSee Pfaffikon (Schwyz) zum Rathaus has a great dining atmosphere. On our visit only the ground level sun protected umbrella seating area was open. We had a great table with views of the entire seating space on such a hot, sunny evening.Our wonderful waitress, Janine, was really friendly and awesome! She spoke English and German and took care of our every need. She suggested we head up to the closed terrace for more scenic photos. The other staff and Asst. Mgr. I contacted were friendly as well. While taking pictures the Manager, Christian, unlocked the closed upstairs access doors and allowed me free reins to explore and take pictures. The entire staff was really, really super!What's not like in the choices of dishes off the menu? There was fish, meats (pork, steak, and burgers), soup/salads, pasta and more. We ordered a couple of beers (15CHF), the Toggenburger steak filet (51CHF) and the Secreto Pata Negra (42CHF-a select cut of pork). Oh, the Secreto Pata Negra was delicious, but the steak filet was simply outstanding!! Both dishes were juicy and melt in your mouth good. (We sort of split the dishes just to be able to comment fairly on each).I observed the staff offering coloring books for the kids. There is free secured Wi-Fi, spotless restrooms and more.In conclusion, we were pleased with every aspect of our visit from staff, to food, to atmosphere. We had unbelievable dinner! Service was brilliant, our waitress was so friendlyâºï¸ All dishes were very tasty! They have big plates with salads, fantastic white wine soup with grapes, all kind of fish was really fresh. And desserts were staggering! Fabulous restaurant in the centre of the old town. Lunch includes home made soup or a salad and is spectacular value. The food is excellent; cooked with care and flair. It's fresh, comes with plenty of vegetables and really good service. Family run and it shows. Well done Falkenburg for delivering an outstanding experience!Thank you for your valuable feedback. A good place to have a meal in Rapperswil. Not really located in a place of town with special views, but friendly staff and good food. Have to make a note to go there again. Was there for lunch. Reservation is recommended as they are often full.

Stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant. Absolutely awesome service, freshly prepared dishes, all home-made. Cannot rave about this restaurant enough. We had one vegetarian in our group and the chef prepared a marvelous mushroom pasta dish that was amazing. This small restaurant outranks some of the finest largest establishments I have had the opportunity to enjoy in all my travels.
