Mainly they serve sushi and fish. The sushi was good but the service was relatively slow. I visited several times this restaurant but I can say that previously it was better mainly the service ...!

We tried practically most dishes on the menu.. Skewers were phenomenal, the maki variety is outstanding with a twist, the steaks were good but not great (could be better). But if you're looking for a different experience, head to this place. You will be surprised. Oh and the interior design is so cosy and quirky. Highly recommended..

Visited this little Gem this evening with my Brother In Law. Decided to take the Open Sushi Formula so we could get a good variety as well as a full picture of the place. First of all. The place is Clean. Including the bathroom. There is an upstairs area with lounges for a little extra privacy. The staff is friendly and educated. The food. We love our Sushi. This place is underrated. It was Cold. It was Fresh. The presentation of the rolls was good. As far as extra plate decoration it could use a little more (this is a minor detail). The different rolls and combinations are plentiful. The size of the portions is good too. Our waiter N was competent and knowledgable.The open sushi should include at least one eel option in my opinion. And a second option for a salad (only crab salad included) would be awesome. This restaurant as the name indicates it is a combination of Italian and Japnese Cusine. We ordered Sushi and were surprised with the taste richness, the quantity on the plate in term of size, all fresh and succulent. Yummy! Price is excellent recommend this place is visited so you enjoy the great taste. Nice atmosphere, excellent service.

This is my first visit to republic knowing that i live in Lebanon. I visited Jbeil branch with some friends and i was surprised by the delicious dishes, the menu is full, everyone was satisfied with his choice.
