Winthrop is an ocean-side suburban community in Greater Boston situated at the north entrance to Boston Harbor, close to Logan International Airport. It is located on a peninsula, 1.6 square miles (4.2 km) in area, connected to Revere by a narrow isthmus and to East Boston by a bridge over the harbor inlet to the Belle Isle Marsh Reservation. Settled in 1630, Winthrop is one of the oldest communities in the United States. It is also one of the smallest and most densely populated municipalities in Massachusetts. It is one of the four cities in Suffolk County (the others are Boston, Revere, and Chelsea). It is the southernmost part of the North Shore, with a 7-mile (11 km) shoreline that provides views of the Atlantic Ocean to the east and of the Boston skyline to the west.

We went to Ocean Prime on Saturday night (10/12/19) for our parents 50th Wedding Anniversary celebration. There were 9 of us. We had never been and went on the advice of many friends. We were beyond impressed with our experience. From the hostess taking our reservation to our waiter, Nico. He was one of the best we have ever had and we have been to a lot of restaurants. Service was beyond exceptional. He was awesome not only with the adults but the kids. Funny, engaging and on it any time we had a request. The food was incredible. Everything Nico recommended was to die for. No one left disappointed. We are still craving the lobster mashed potatoes! They are a must order! The berries and bubbles (signature drink) was super fun and delicious! We will absolutely be back whether it be for a special occasion or just a date night. Can not say enough about how wonderful our night was. Absolutely check out Ocean Prime if you are in Boston! Easy to get to and worth every penny!

Mortonâs is probably my favorite steakhouse for a chain and this is a outstanding location. Their food which was always good is outstanding here. Rarely do I get five stars but they deliver everything with such ease that Iâm with one of the other reviewerâs and they probably should have six stars! Wonderful onion bread to start, great steaks, tasty crabcakes, the must have creamed spinach, and a full dessert menu to choose from make this a staple on my restaurant list in most cities that I visit. However, I always make sure that I come to Mortonâs when Iâm in Boston. All staff is more than polite and attentive. The guys behind the bar were just wonderful. ( thanks for babysitting us guys! ). Location and view from the bar was very nice, being able to see the water. Will I return? Always!

Seriously overpriced for what I expected from Mooo. Went for brunch on a Saturday - no wait. Staff was excellent but for the $$$ our meals were sub-par. Lobster Benedict was 2 poached eggs on a single piece of hearty toast and half a half of overcooked lobster tail. Corned beef hash was over salted. Scrambled eggs lacked refinement and flavor. House made whipped cream for the pancakes were extra but was not sweetened in any way. Kinda sad since I've enjoyed dinner there on occasion. Very disappointed.
