After a week in the North Cyprus, we were in Larnaca for one night before an early flight in the morning.We decided we needed a steak fix so tried this place.The staff were friendly and attentive. We opted for the âcowboy steakâ (900g ribeye on the bone), to share.Wow! The steak arrived on a huge platter (see photo) which took up one whole side of the table. Then came chips, rice and veg!!The steak was then carved in-front of us and we were left to devour it! We had asked for medium, it came closure to rare but neither of us cared.The food was lovely (although couldnât eat it all due to volume) reasonably priced and staff great... what more do you want?Recommend it

Wife and I had chateaubriand, with mash and veg. Superb, cooked medium rare, exactly as requested. Great balcony view. Recommended fine dining.

Checked trip advisor and liked the reviews for this restaurant.Went to Hobos in Larnaca yesterday and the steak was not as good as Canbenella,s.We love Argentinean steak and it was lovely.Lovely atmosphere and staff very helpful.Wish we had found this restaurant sooner.Hope to return before we go back to UK. In search of a nice dinner away from the hubbub and chain restaurants by the beach, we wandered down the path a bit and found Chez Faina early in the afternoon. We wanted to make dinner reservations for later, and the owner invited us in and made us feel so welcome. He treated the simple act of making a reservation as one would treat guests in his home. Later when we returned for dinner we were not disappointed. The menu was vast. We all ordered from the Lebanese and French menus and were treated to amazing dishes. Our kids happily ate mussels, tabouli, and lamb. The chicken was moist and flavorful. And the desserts were the perfect ending. Throughout the meal the service was perfect, helpful and attentive without being intrusive. The owner checked in with us several times to make sure we were pleased. If you find yourself in larnaca, do yourself a favor and walk down away from the main area a bit to this amazing restaurant.
