That's a restaurant with "tourist food", that is low quality and expensive. Some dishes are served with pretentious special effects that make some tourists "Wow!" but it doesn't make the food better. The service is also rather unprofessional.To my great surprise the restaurant has many higher notes and I wonder if it serves better in high (ski) season or people are just too light on giving them.

Visited with a group of friends during our ski holiday and had the best evening. Food was amazing, we selected our own meat and veg and grilled them on our BBQ table, plus a range of tasty sides. They were happy to accommodate me being vegetarian and left one side of the BBQ meat free for me! Waiter was really friendly and helpful and made the whole experience so much fun. Left with full stomachs, laughing and having drunk too much of the homemade rakia! Would 100% go back!

I have been to many Bansko restaurants over the years and the meal in Red Hot was the nicest one Iâve had. The building inside is traditional and was busy. The sign of a good restaurant. Four of us had two meat clay plates as one is enough for two people. They came out filled with chicken fillets, tender beef, bacon and pork chops with sliced roast potatoes, peppers, onions, carrots and mushrooms in a beautiful creamy sauce. It was delicious. And I am super fussy. Would be my number one restaurant in Bansko. A special mention to our server Michael who kept us entertained all night with stories and chit chat. Lovely young guy who is a credit to the restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble and explained all the meals we were interested in. We saw other meals coming out and each one looked great. So may have to work our way through the menu. Highly recommended!

First time in Bansko We booked a table for day before (highly recommended).The staff were very friendly and attentive and the service was outstanding. We went the night they hosted traditional Bulgarian folk dancing that in itself was amazing to watch and also join in! The dancers were very talented and involved everyone dining in to join in the dancing. The starters we had salads, bean soups and chicken soups. Delicious! For the main we had Ortak beef which includes, grilled lamb, beef lion chops, chicken fillets, chicken legs steaks, beef kebapche, beef Sujuk, beef meatballs, lamb cutlets, chicken skewers, beef skewers, mushroom in butter, french fries and char grilled vegetables - it could feed a tribe! And it sure did for all 9 of us and even had some left overs to take home! And a lot of red wine to wash all of the food down! The food is so cheap and high quality! I would recommend it! We will be coming here again next year!

I simply can't say enough about this restaurant. The atmosphere is so relaxed & friendly. Whether its a formal or social gathering, the place can provide for either. As for the food....words can barely do it justice, the steaks simply melt in the mouth & are cooked exactly as requested (even though, above Medium shouldn't be allowed for steak ). I've been during busy & not so busy times & its always been exceptional. Go once & you will go again & again....

Really nice place, authentic bbq and traditional Bulgarian food, friendly staff and helpful explaining the dishes, you can see the food being cooked. Great live music too! Thanjs agsun from the couple in the blue jackets!

Visited with friends while on vacation. Big group of people. Service was more than fantastic. Fast, informed, smiling, polite. Unlike most places we visited locally. Food was simply fantastic. Large portions, well cooked. Couldnât find a simple problem. The waiters managed to keep everyone happy, what ever we asked for. Will not have the chance to visits again since we are leaving but just have to highly recommend this place. Prices very very reasonable. Well done guys.

Definitely a place to go when in Bansko! Make sure you book a table if going in a large group. I had the T Bone steak and it was very good! Itâs served with chips and salad
